My boyfriend and I ate at Proof twice in our stay at Four Seasons Scottsdale at Troon North. Both times the food was outstanding! The pretzel knots and milkshakes were recommended by the front desk staff and certainly did not disappoint! At dinner I ordered the NY strip which was smoked and finished with flames. The morrel cream sauce was a great accompaniment. I picked off the peas because I'm an immature adult. My guy is a chicken and waffles fiend and he said theirs was definitely one of the best he's had. The duck confit truffle frites were scrumptious and we topped it off with a devil's food milkshake. Breakfast the next morning was cowboy benedict and huevos rancheros. Both were superb. The food and atmosphere were great but what stands out the most like everything else Four Seasons is the service. Giovanni was our server for dinner and I can't say enough good things about him. He made great recommendations, was amazingly attentive not just to us but every table he served. He made a fabulous meal even better. Needless to say, Proof is on the agenda next time I find myself in Scottsdale.

The staff made our anniversary dinner a really special experience -- we had the perfect table on the patio to watch the sunset and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and bottle of wine. We will definitely be back for regular date nights, happy hours and girls nights. Thank you!
Proof delivers exactly what you'd expect from a Four Seasons restaurant. From the time you're seated by the host to the amazing service and delicious food, look no further if you're in the North Scottsdale area for a fabulous dining experience. Autumn our server was delightful and very knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance is spectacular and the natural beauty of Pinnacle Peak surrounds you.
The Proof Canteen at the Four Seasons was a nice stop for breakfast and lunch. While not the highest end restaurant at the resort it had good food and good service.
One thing to note, their smoked meat was a bit on the dry side.

We enjoyed patio seating and were comfortable with a heater, watching the sun set behind Pinnacle Peak! Staff were super friendly and attentive. We started with the pretzel knots which are a must have and I recommend anything from the smoker! We had the chicken (shown here) and ribs. Already booked our next reservation!

Great food, good drinks, relaxing atmosphere - exceptional service. We always forget to make reservations, but didn't have to wait long for a seat on their beautiful patio. We started and ended our meal tonight with pretzels and I wouldn't have it any other way. The pretzel knots with spicy cheese sauce are warm and yummy - a must to start out any meal. And the salted caramel pretzel chocolate cake was the perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Terrific restaurant for brunch especially with large groups. The atmosphere is laid back and cool and the decor is nicely curated. The food is very good as are the drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for its food and ambience.
It’s not the sort of place you’d expect at a Four Seasons. Super chill. Great design. Airy and spacious with stunning views. Big screens showing all the games and really good food n drink. Pictured is the carrot and ginger hummus - so good. Diverse menu for all palates and crazy dietary needs!!
Cannot say enough amazing things about these French cut buffalo wings. They are the perfect balance of hotness, while enjoying their great amount of crispiness. Balanced with a salad, this lunch can’t be beat! The staff was incredibly nice and always accommodating. The desert views are breathtaking with beautiful mountains in the background.
Everything we had was amazing. Short ribs were to die for. Holiday espresso cocktail was the best. Nothing we had was bad. Pomegranate salad with date citrus salad was amazing. I want the dressing recipe pls!!
