My husband and I tried Blue Adobe for the first time tonight and the only word that comes to mind is impeccable! Our server, Jenny, delivered the closest version of perfect service that you can get. She was kind, endearing, attentive without being annoying, knew the menu inside and out and executed everything to perfection! I worked in the service industry for years and she really did go above and beyond. The food was amazing and the salsa is the perfect blend of flavor and heat. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Jenny and the staff at Blue Agave for a wonderful evening!
We live in Las Cruces, NM, not far from Hatch, NM. We know our Mexican & Tex-Mex cuisine, use of pecan wood & chiles. The food was fantastic and good sized portions. The seasoning, flavors and ingredients were well thought out recipes & well made.
There are a lot of fish & seafood items on the menu too.
The staff were as great or better than the food. Prompt, courteous, and wonderful at communication.

Dos Familias is great! I come here all the time for the chicken chili relleno. It’s not an exaggeration to say it’s the best one I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. The patio is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Extremely friendly staff - Estella was amazing!! The food was the absolute best Mexican food we have ever had - truly authentic and full of flavor. You will not be disappointed!!
The food was absolutely spectacular and price was great for the amount of food. I would highly recommend getting the Shredded chicken as the flavor was out of this world. Salsa tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor.
Beautiful patio. Amazing food. Drinks are perfect. 4 ⭐️ because I have been in this establishment many times before but at the bar. I was given direct service. My friend from out of town came so we sat on the patio. Our service could have been better. I understand things get busy but just taking 2 minutes to order or refill shouldn’t be an issue. Maybe understaffed. I’m not sure. I can say if you are relaxing and have time please come here to eat and relax it’s beautiful. If you’re in a hurry maybe come when you have time! Everyone was nice respectful and responsive when we did order something! I will of course be back, love their food and drinks!
The gf chips and salsa were everything I could ask for. I took salsa home. The waitress was fantastic. The menu was huge, even for gf. Food was great! We had chicken relleno and chicken tinga. We will be back.

My first time to this place... And at first I was like ugh.. more mexican food. As I been eating it all week. From when I got into the restaurant the kind and prompt service I received entering to the time we got our food. It was a pleasant experience. But the food itself was nothing like I've experienced before. I was thrown back by the presentation of the dishes almost too pretty to eat. But I'm glad I did. For I don't think I've ever had a chicken chili relleno so good. Even homemade from my own Mexican family. We also had the street corn as an appetizer and it instantly gave me nostalgia.. I recommend this place. You cannot go wrong. I will be bringing everyone out this way to experience what i have. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.
It has been a while since we have been there. I don't know why I waited so long to come back. The food was quite good. The service was great. We sat out o n the delightful patio. It was a very good dinner and evening. I certainly won't wait yjis long to come back again
Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, food was really really good but be prepared for spicy! I love spicy so wasn't an issue but my wife was chugging some water! Chimichanga was 🔥 but my fave was the carne adobado.
Dos Familias is a great place to dine. I love the Tacos. I love the Margaritas and the Staff is amazing. David is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
