Now Bigger Than A Hole In the Wall. If your on caroline street you should stop by this place and pick up a DoughBoy (cheese chicken seasonings inside dough) or a DoughGirl (same thing as a doughboy but with pepper oinions and without the chicken) or theres twice baked potatos and burritos. They recently expanded to make up for the crowd they tend to get during the track season of late night party goers. But they still only have little tables so its not a sit down restaurant, you just order your food and take it on the go.
I have Celiac Disease and I am vegan. I was able to eat here. It was delicious and I did not get sick. The crust is soft and amazing!
Stopped in to try an "Oboy"- the cashier was extremely kind and informative, and gave us the oboy on the house! Wonderful experience here, will return next time we come to Saratoga.
Excellent cheese pizza!! We recently moved to the area from NYC and were used to NY style pizza, this place did not disappoint!
The crust was great and held nicely without too much flop, cheese was very good.
The only point of improvement in my opinion would be the sauce which lacks depth and tanginess and felt a bit bland.
Delivery was quick and effortless.

We were looking for lunch and found this gem! It's like skater dudes were tired of eating "hot pockets", went to culinary school, and created the best hand held food! Great food and staff!
They make one of the best items I've ever eaten eaten doughboys. Cheese chicken and spices rats and do what could be better. For some reason tonight I got the mixed up with ravenous and thought they closed. I do miss Ravenous yummy Crepes. Thankfully I still have doughboys.
I have a tradition when in Saratoga Springs. I get a buffalo chicken Oboy and a slice of pizza and iced tea for $6 from Esperanto's. Then I walk to Congress Park to eat. I don't know where else to find Oboys. They're incredible. Yum
