Came for the boorito on Halloween evening. Gotta hand it to the staff for keeping good attitudes and service pace, considering how busy they were with walk in and online orders. Seemed like they could have used one or two more people working that shift.
Surprising for most Chipotle in recent years, I can't really complain about the quantity of ingredients in my carne asada boorito bowl, and the flavor and quality seemed up to their standards, as well.
Not specific to this location, but rather their overall corporate: what is so difficult about investing in your servers and IT? You plan and schedule a popular promotion well in advance, and yet the most consistent thing about the company is their website and app failing the entire day.
Absolutely Incredible! Although they were a tad stingy on my portions 😡 my bowl was still absolutely to die for!!!!! 😫 Everything tied together beautifully. Will definitely be back soon 😉❣️.
There's always something that doesn't go smooth here, whether it's cashiers not knowing how the Chipotle app, or waiting 15 minutes in the store for a mobile order that they forgot to bring out to the shelves and has leaked straight through the cardboard container. Not enough of an issue to stop me from coming here, though, as the quality of food is always good, and ordering in-person is quick and never long lines.
Ordered my steak bowl and the employee gave me a generous portion as expected. I was very satisfied. Great experience. Good job management! Will be coming back here again and not the Chipotle location at 650 Blossom Hill in Los Gatos. Avoid that place!
One of the few Chipotle's that doesn't rip you off on the meat amount. When you ask for more at other ones when they serve you less than the regular portion; they decide to charge you for double meat for a regular portion. Here they put a regular portion and charge you the regular price as it should be.
For 10 dollars, you get a chicken burrito bowl. They skimp on the meat, and you have to tell them can I get more. The food is fresh and tasty, but during lunchtime, it gets busy with a line. Only two people and a cashier at the counter. They run out of meat and toppings quickly, so you have to wait 5 minutes to bring more out. For your birthday you get free chips and guacamole. Make sure you download the chipottle app.
Bit dirty inside such as some tables/chairs which had chunks of food on them and no one sat there. I came in the later part of the afternoon and place was pretty empty. The ice machine wasn't working for the drinks. Food was tasty and service was good.
