I think they are probably very understaffed. We ordered a pizza that arrived completely wrong, but when we called to ask about it, we sat on hold for 30+ minutes without anyone picking up.

Changed my review because mistakes happen and although it was frustrating, the manager, Joseph, was extremely kind, apologetic, and professional when we brought it to his attention.
Always ready in about 15 minutes, it's hot, fresh, good ingredients, and it's inexpensive. It's a great choice for a movie and a pizza on a budget. They seem to have actually improved over the years, whereas many places succumb to the banalities of indifference.
First off I have the app and I usually use it to order pizza in a different area for my brother to pick up. It's convenient because I can feed him without giving him cash. But today I decided to treat myself to bread so I ordered for my family. I loved the no contact aspect of it. It was nice to see the progress of knowing when to head into store. I'm still a bit covid shy so it made me feel better. The deep dish pizza was just what I wanted. All that bread. I'm not a pizza fan, I really don't like cheese. However, my family LOVES pizza. I'll order again but not for a while. I try to eat very healthy.

Affordable pizza with decent flavor
I don't know what it is, but I LOVE this place. Pizza is made VERY fast to order. Service always helpful. Hard to keep a busy place liked this spotless, but that's ok.
With the pizza portal it is quick and easy to pickup the pizza. We ordered online and started driving. Within the 15-20 minutes drive, it was ready and don't even need to talk to anybody to pickup the pizza.
I redeemed a T-mobile Tuesday deal today and, in addition to the wallet-friendly pizza with breadstics, experienced timely and friendly customer service. I’m glad I stopped at this Little Caesars on my way home! :)
I usually pick up a Hot & Ready Pepperoni pizza and an order of Crazy Bread here, which are usually fresh and oh-so-tasty. On the rare occasion I have actually ordered a preferred pizza of mine here I am always disappointed because the toppings are sparse but then again it is very cheap.
The round pizzas taste better than the deep dish for some reason and I wish they would change the recipe cos I just don't like something about it maybe it's the Muenster cheese or something it tastes rancid.
The man behind counter was very efficient and friendly. There was about 15 minute wait. Pizzas were good.
I personally recommend ordering from the app and just pick it up at the store. Quick and easy
