I stopped here for lunch and I wasn't disappointed. I got the #4 combo plate (chicken). It all tasted great. I especially enjoyed the taco! The beans and rice were super hot, which I appreciated. Staff was also very kind.
Carne asada quesadilla and carne asada taco were both hot and tasted good but just a little pricey for the portions they give you. Some great customer service, very friendly and attentive. Family Owned.
Descent food, lil mom n pops kinda place. Very small summary pricey. I would go BK. Nice man n woman there.
One of the few Mexican food places I like in San Jose. Food is slightly over priced though, especially the tacos for the size. Tacos and burritos are very tasty, but wish the food came out warmer.b
Feels like eating with family this husband and wife team are amazing. The food is always terrific and the two of them are so friendly. The service is beyond compare every time we eat here.
I always get their enchiladas. Their customer service is great and service is fast. I give it 4stars because I haven't tried any other meat. And Mexican rice can be thicker as I like it.
I ordered two chile rellenos with rice & beans combo, the chile rellenos were very tasty however they were quite greasy, I had to place two napkins to absorb the oil/grease on the 2nd chile relleno before eating.
I also ordered a lengua taco, also tasty, however I was surprised that they added beans as a filler to the already small taco, instead of all meat. I was disappointed, I didn't know that it would be served that way since never before in my life had I seen it prepared that way.
This place is one of the best restaurant I have ever been too. Since I moved an hour away from San Jose I make frequent trips there for their food. And the couple that owns it is wonderful.
Nicely prepared food, family owned. Prices are reasonable. Cosidos is particularly good. Nothing exceptional just good food for a decent price.
Small spot family owned they do accept ebt which is nice for a good hot meal. Food was really good I would recommend to family and friends.
