Excellent customer service. Loved the treatment from staff. Store is clean and in prime area. My Cappuccino is not upto the par. It's very milky. Tasted like latte. Dragon fruit drink was good. My kiddo loved it.
Not a large store, limited seatings, but some tables have cell phone chargers. Good service. My venti latte tasted a bit lighter than usual though.
I enjoy the service & how prompt they are with making drinks. I come here pretty often, not everyday but at least once or twice a week.
I noticed they let people cut the line, that made me furious 😠 😡; of course 1 employee caught how hot I got after waiting in line to be cut & for the employees to be okay w/ that. I get it, you have your daily regulars but don't ruin it for the rest of us by letting ppl cut just because you know what your regulars want already. (Was not a pickup order either).
Overall, am still happy with the service & usually everything goes well w/ my drinks & food orders unless it's a new employees but that is to be expected. I remember my 1st day at a new job.

My go-to Starbucks before work. Even though I'm techinically closer to the Starbucks down Saratoga Ave (near kfc), this location is faster, more organized, and a lot more spacious. I'm only taking off a star because sometimes they play music way too loud in the early mornings.
Alfonzo is so nice and always very welcoming to all customers. Constantly checks on guests and makes it vital to end each transaction with great customer service. I've been working in this location for two days now in the lobby and both days he has really made it a great stay as well as relaxing environment !!!! dope team (:
Pretty clean store! I really like this place. Not that busy in the mornings which is great bc I don’t have to wait a long line.
The barista was excellent and made my beverage exactly as ordered. Location was large. Plenty of parking.
Great Starbucks with wonderful staff. They also have great strategies for making sure things run smoothly during rush hour times and using order ahead is also a stress free experience here.
Been coming here the past year and they have always been friendly and fast. I try many Starbucks around and so far this location always gets my order right. Sometimes there are rude customers who cut infront of you when you go pick up or are rude to the baristas, and personally I don't like to witness this. However it is not the baristas fault so I just make my visits quick. Okay environment but great service and menu.
