This BK takes a bit longer, and there is no drive thru, but less food is made ahead of time. This location usually makes everything to order. It makes for better food.
Great food, we ordered a breakfast combo meal ond only wish they would have offered fries and onion ring combo, but gave us regular fries.
Been eating here 20 years, food always good. Orders always correct and they FINALLY got another ice cream machine! Manager is nice i highly recommend for a BK
Customer service was wonderful. The person taking my order was very friendly and helpful. This particular location (on North Bascom Ave) was a bit small, so there wasn't too much space for a waiting area if you decided to take your food to go and chose to stand while waiting. But other than that, the place was clean, quiet and quick to hand out orders. I had a great experience. Thank you!
This is a smaller BK than the usual ones but, it is pretty cool with the old 50's style dining area. Too bad the jukebox that sits next to the door didn't work, you gotta settle for the flat screen TV hanging right above it! The place is kept clean as well as the restrooms too. The girl that took my order was friendly, polite & helpful with my order selections, she even found a coupon for me to use to receive a discount because I had misplaced the one I was going to use when I ordered! The food was hot, fries were fresh & all orders complete. I drove all the way from sunnyvale to order our food so that in itself should give an idea on how this locations service is! I am literally five minutes away from a BK but, because of the great service this location gives to me, I don't mind driving a few extra miles to get my food
Even though they were closing, food was still fresh and hot. Always my favorite 😍 BK
By far the most consistent BK in the area. Their sandwiches are always fresh, bread is never dry like in other BK locations. We've never encountered any rude staff, there're very friendly and welcoming.
First time dining at this particular Burger King restaurant. I loved it! I watched the care the person who made my Impossible burger took. She was exacting in each step of assembly. The fries were amazing, crispy and tasty. Total satisfaction on my part!
Good service and good whopper. They brought the food to my table. I'm more of a McDonald's person, but do enjoy the whopper. Just wished they'd reheat the meat in the microwave by itself and not on the bun. Makes it soggy.
Overall, a good Burger King. The food is served right and done pretty swiftly, the customer service is good. Do know that they've downsized their drinks (a small would be the kid size, a medium a small size, etc) when ordering. Also, the staff isn't too strict on changing gloves after coming in contact with money. But it's a good location that I keep going back to.
