Robert is amazing, customer service nothing short of excellent. This man was so nice over the phone and in person. I can say he provided the best customer service I’ve had in such a long time thank you so much Robert!!!

Just went there last night ( 12/23/2020 ) around 7:50 pm. Standing there with my girl waiting for my order, a gentleman comes with a compliant. He received a rock hard stale brownie. The manager apologized a gave the man 2 fresh ones. We get our order get home NO DAM FRIES IN MY ORDER!!!! I guess the guys that were working in the back having to much dam fun to pay attention to their job and waste customer's time money and gas!!!!
Excellent customer service! First time coming in and the employee Robert was very kind and went above and beyond to explain menu items and recommended the best. Will definitely come in again for the great food and excellent service😁
The fries are always hit and miss. Seems to be best when eaten there but with SIP, I need to take it home. The service can be bad depending on who is working and if they can be bothered with looking up from their phone. But boy is the lemon pepper chicken always on point. Honestly the best flavor and the reason I go here. 😂
The customer service from the employee Robert! I have not seen anybody like him in a long time he greeted us from the minute we entered, very friendly,kept us posted on our order and how long it was gonna be overall loved his attitude A+ for me!!! Good job Robert!!!
Ranch is great, atomic has good heat but bad flavor. Spicy Korean was good
There’s actually a closer location to my place, but I go out of my way to go to this location because the cooking and service are much better.
