Super Poke Bros, a new restaurant in the Evergreen area, specializes in Poké (A Hawaiian dish of raw fish salad). The outside of the store consists of their trademark name, "Super Poke Bros," which reminds me of the Mario-Nintendo persona. To add off, the neon lights and Snapchat quote adds charisma to the store. There are various Poké places open, especially in San Jose because of its diversity. But let me tell you why this stood out the most to me.
Now entering the store, you are greeted with a friendly staff and trendy music, making the store give a modern and fun atmosphere. Japanese Art on the walls, GS Warrior figurines, and Jade sculptures are just of various things in the store that give this store the "super" in their name.
Here's the main course: The food. Super Poké Bros, unlike many poke competitors from the growing trend, is unique for its numerous toppings and drinks. From Jellyfish to their different colors of Tobiko, there is a different way to customize your bowl everytime you go. They have different varieties of sauces such as Habanero and Sweet & Spicy Mayo (My personal favorite). There are also customizable desserts such as iMac (Macarons) & Icy Buns (Ice Cream sandwiches). Their poke bowls are a work of art, like an artist and their canvas. To top it all off, the cashiers and managers are entertaining and are the most outgoing people you'll ever meet. The vibe you get there is just amazing and welcoming, just like a second home. The line isn't too long but you have to be patient at rush hours and dinner time. But like they say, "If a restaurant has a long line, they have good food."
If you want food at a decent price, desserts that are customizable and scrumptious, with a welcoming family and good vibes, Super Poké Bros is a must try. You won't be disappointed, and I sure wasn't. It was worth the wait, as the store came out beautifully. I'll surely come back soon.
Incredible food, and spot to chill in. Love the art on the wall and the service is top notch. Can't say enough good things about this place.
First off the people are awesome, super friendly and patient with off menu requests. We got their poke tostadas because they were something unique to this place I haven't seen at other places. The spicy salmon was outstanding and the spicy scallops were of honorary mention. They are the only place I have been to that carries both poke and musubi! We got a spicy chicken musubi that they made fresh. All and all worth a visit.
I absolutely adore this place. The interior is nice & the staff is amazing! The owner is super friendly & easy to talk to! My friends have been talking about this place since it opened yet I barely had the chance to try it now. Boy am I missing out. Their regular is huge & they're super generous with the food!
Steps were easy to understand and the workers were very accommodating & patient. I feel like I haven't been to a poke place in awhile because I had no idea what I wanted & had to constantly ask the worker for assistance on which was good. They offered great suggestions & my bowl came out amazing!
I was getting so full towards the end but I didn't want it to go to waste because it was so good. I love how close it is too so I definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm craving for some poke!! :)
I am soooo happy this place opened up in my neighborhood. I've visited this location twice and both times I enjoyed my poke bowl.
There are so many options to chose from as far as toppings. They even have hot Cheetos! I didn't try it but I thought it was creative of them to offer so many toppings for your bowl.
I didn't have to wait long to be helped and the process of building your bowl goes quickly. The employees were very friendly and gave me a lot of suggestions on what topping pair well with other toppings.
It's conveniently close to me and I look forward to visiting again.
Super Poke' is exactly that. Super service, quality, and vibe. First time here and won't be the last. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, tons of choices, and most important , the Poke was fresh. The interior decor and artwork is next level. Wife and I both left satisfied and picked up some ice cream macaroon sandwiches to go.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and speedy service. Food was fresh and tasty. A little bit on the pricey side. The restaurant is in a strip plaza so the place is small and so you may have difficulty finding available seating and parking. There's a frozen yogurt place next door that makes dinner and a dessert outing easy.
Great selection of toppings, sauces, and fish. I really liked the crab, it is different from most places, but in a good way. Very friendly staff and a nice interior with some good seating outside on nice days. I will definitely be coming back here again.
The wife and I decided to try this place out. It was nice to see that it's a family run restaurant. The food was amazing and really enjoyed the many different ways you can customize the bowls.
Pretty good poke here! They always seem to be out of one thing or another by the time I come here and since its opening, we've seen two price increases. The staff are always super friendly and the fish is fresh, so I can't complain!
The owners are super nice and food was good. The 4 star and not 5 was because service was slow and we were on a lunch break. Took close to 20 min to get our food and no one was in front. I hope this improves because we would like to bring our friends there soon.

There are too many Poke places popping up around San Jose, but when you find a gem like this, you won't want to go dipping your toes in any other Poke places. I came here for a late lunch, wanted to build a quick bowl and head back home to eat my bowl and watch Seinfeld in peace. This place is dangerously close to my house.
It was busier than I thought it would be, but the servers seemed to be working at a fast pace. They were all smiles and very patient while you chose what you want in your perfect bowl.
Starting with the base, you get the choice of mixed greens, spinach, kale, brown or white rice. I chose a Regular Mixed greens, with three proteins. A food variety of fish of salmon, tuna, tako, or a seasoned version of salmon, tuna or cooked protein, I saw chicken teriyaki. I was looking for yellow tail to be an option and I found that it was later down the fish lane, when I saw it, it was too late in the protein choices. I'll remember that next time though.
Anyway, you move down the line and a LOT of toppings. Starting with veggies, ending with the area which I assumed were all $1 premium. (By the way, all the different types of tobiko are $1 each, don't go crazy and ask for all of them. Btw, I wish there was a sign saying which toppings were premium toppings) And then some crisp toppings at the end.
I love this place! Fish is fresh, tako portion is fine, wish they cuts were bigger or thicker.
I'll be coming back to try the dessert next time!
