...the restaurant was open bright and early for breakfast. I ordered huevos con chorizo and helped myself to the salsa bar for my complimentary bowl of chips. The salsa wasn’t for the faint of heart. I’d stick to the pico de gallo for something mild.

Very fresh-tasting ingredients. Had the chicken quesadilla suiza, and was super tasty; not too heavy like some, had a good balance of cheese and chicken and pico. Service was very friendly, obviously cared about the customer and food quality, and I got my food quickly. Unlike some other places I have been, the place was very clean as well. Well worth the few blocks walk from the downtown hotels, and I'm definitely going back (and bringing friends/family) the next time I'm in San Jose. (My only criticism is that the menu on their website is not up-to-date, although I suppose it didn't matter really because they had several options that appealed to me.)
The woman behind the counter was amazing and sweet, I'm vegan and she assured me what I could and couldn't eat. Can't beat great customer service and good food. Coming back again for lunch after school :-)
Favorite Mexican restaurant in San Jose so far. Roberto, the legit cook here, knows my favorite dishes by memory -- yes, i come here that often. The carne asada fries are perfection
Their tacos and burritos are very tasty and affordable. I specially love their vegetarian burritos. If you want to enjoy Mexican food everyday this would be the best place to be.
This place was delicious. Amazing burritos with tender, perfectly cooked carne Asada. Quick and efficient with the line and crowd. Huge tacos. We loved everything about this place.
The customer service was great very accommodating! Food was so good and filling! Definitely recommend this place.
This is one of my local favorites for Mexican food, and a worthwhile visit if you ever find yourself in Downtown San Jose.
