8/15 Take out only no dine in. Many choices. Chicken katsu moist and crispy. They have a few different sauce. The curry has Asian flavor. Was hoping for a more Japanese or Indian curry flavor.
The best hawaiie food in South Bay Area.
Price is economical and the service time is very suitable for the workers.
Good food and flavor. It's not an common combination you'd see, but the Hawaiian/Chinese food restaurant is good. They currently have a large clear plastic wall separating them from you, and most likely designed for just one customer at a time to enter to pick up food.
From the outside, this place doesn't look like much, but drop any preconceived notions. This place blows chains like L&L out of the water. If you're looking for Hawaiian and Chinese American comfort food, this is the place to go. I can honestly recommend so much of the menu, but my absolute favorite thing they make is their gravy. Their chicken cutlet with gravy is so good (same thing with their gravy fries), but a hot tip for your dipping needs is that they'll sell you the gravy separately if you ask for it.
I have not had Hawaiian BBQ in a while, and when we decided to search, we found Mahalo. It tasted so good, just like how I remembered it tasted from where I grew up! I had the chicken katsu meal and it was great! Will be coming back!
If you're in the mood of a Hawaiian BBQ infuse with Chinese gourmet this is a place for you.
I've been here multiple times, it always satisfies my hunger. I haven't had a dull moment of this food making my stomach upset.
They have a pretty good selection of food. Also the price is very reasonable.
I would definitely give the small restaurant a huge recommendation to come out too.
