I LOVE this place! It's good ol' home cooking--only better! The food is great and the portions are huge! The staff is friendly and courteous. They are always there to refill your coffee cup. It does get crowded sometimes. There is usually room at the counter if you don't want to wait. The wait is usually not long, and the food is well worth waiting for. They are a breakfast/lunch place, so they close at 3:00pm. Parking can be a premium.
The very best place to go in San Jose for breakfast and lunch and even if there is ever a waiting line it's worth the wait for the food and the service is awesome, I love this place and been coming here for years.
My first visit to My Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. April provided outstanding service, addressing all our questions with great attention. The food arrived piping hot, incredibly satisfying, and delicious. We're grateful for the exceptional experience, and we're definitely planning to return.

On our way home from Oakland, wanted to have a great breakfast 🥞🍳 and ended up choosing this restaurant via Yelp.
We arrived with only a couple people having breakfast ahead of us and the waitress seated us and was there by herself serving the couple tables.
They have such a large selection in breakfast.
Our guest ordered their Chilaquillas, our daughter ordered the Pancakes plate with bacon and eggs, my wife ordered their Denver omelet with hash browns, and I ordered there Chicken Fried Steak skillet which came with home style potatoes, 2 over easy eggs, and their white gravy on top. A couple orange juices to wash it down.
Everything was delicious more so than we expected. This was an excellent choice for a great breakfast.
Place was clean and organized, our waitress was friendly and professional.
As we were leaving 3 more tables were being occupied.
I thanked our waitress and gave her a big tip. I told her that I commended her for having to wait on the big number of tables she was serving. She told me that it's usually her and her mother serving together, however she had to do it alone on that day.
5 ⭐ s for her hard work and the cooks that made our breakfast experience an awesome one!
If we're ever in town again, we'll be back here to eat again.

Such a cute and cozy dinner. Loved it! I got the chorizo skillet. Chorizo was delicious! Definitely an awesome find. Coffee was okay, I’m used to espresso, but not bad. Very nice staff and to top it off awesome decor and cleanliness was top notch!
This brunch spot exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu selection was extensive, offering a wide range of breakfast options to suit every palate. The food itself was outstanding, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors. The attentive staff made me feel like a valued guest. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes!
This is the perfect hometown vibes diner. Unique and cute rooster theme. We had the Acapulco omelette, blueberry pancakes, Joe's omelette and house coffee. Acapulco was super flavorful, pancakes - they did not skimp out on the blueberries :), Joe's - delightful. Big and hearty portions too, we definitely had to get a to-go box. I also loved the extra touch that the they serve a bunch of toast options - rye, sourdough, white, English muffin and more - AND it's already buttered for you :') the cream for the coffee was fresh and they had a yummy vanilla creamer if you want it sweetened. On top of the food being good quality, the customer service was 👌🏼👌🏼 top notch. Coffee and water were never empty, very friendly and courteous staff - thank you!! Will definitely return and try more dishes.

YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE if you are a pancake lover like me. I have tried pancakes everywhere, and these are amazing!!! The size, the flavor, the texture OMG 😃 congratulations, way better than IHOP or any other commercial restaurants.

Came on a bustling Weds morning, greeted by amicable staff. Al fresco dining with parking in the lot and the street. Great items on the menu, decided to eat the California crossiant and it was fantastic.
