This is a huge pho place. I had the veal meat on the side. Very nice, smooth, tender taste. The broth and noodles were good as well.
We both got the regular side and it was huge. My gf said the quality was not as good as before. She’s Vietnamese so I trust her. I love noodles and broth so no complaints here. I had bad pho before but this didn’t come close to that.
Pho was made with the finest ingredients and meats. Appetizers were appetizing and well made. The robotic 🤖 servers added a nice touch to the dining.
Big nice busy restaurant having delicious vietnamese dishes. Service is fast and portions are big. The place also is very popular due to its late opening hours.
This is one of my favorite pho spots in SJ. Food is consistently good. Their flank steak pho is my favorite. However, the service can use some work. Once they take your order they will not come back to your table. I asked for chili oil twice and never got it. No water offered. This place would be better rated if their staff was more polite and attentive.
Prices are a bit higher but the delicious taste and generous portion size justifies it. They got really crowded and my 2nd entree arrived about 20 min after the 1st one. Flagging down a server eat almost impossible. Hủ tiếu Nam Vang was really good with huge shrimp except for the undercooked squid along with the bún tôm thịt nướng. Pay inside and contactless was available.

After a softball tournament Sunday evening my daughter and I were looking for some later night eats while heading home. Pho 90 Degrees came recommended by one of my Vietnamese friends and it did not disappoint.
First of all, open until midnight, bonus points for feeding the hungry late into the night.
The restaurant was packed when we got there around 9:30pm, indicating to me that this was the right spot to be at. We were seated quickly and found that they had a pretty big menu. Since we just spent the better part of the day/evening outdoors at a softball field on a chilly (by CA standards) day, we were ready for some hot soup. I ordered the pho combination with everything in it, as I typically do, along with egg rolls and a featured appetizer, garlic wings. All of our food came out in under 10 minutes.
The egg rolls were crisp crunchy and the filling and sauce were pretty good.
The wings were fantastic, crunchy, juicy, and each wing had a dollop of steamed garlic, onion, and salt mixture on top. Everyone in my family is a huge garlic fan so this dish was a highlight for us. 10/10 if you are a garlic fan and chicken wing fan I would recommend this dish for you.
Lastly, but not least the pho was also great. The broth was tasty, there wasn't a ton of meat, as expected, but the large was more than enough food for my daughter and I to split.
All in all a great experience and driving home I found out that this place is very close to my hockey rink in that my son plays at in San Jose. We will be coming back soon.

This ended up being our runner up as far as where we had planned to eat. This entire shopping complex was jam packed and busy although we found a parking spot as someone was just leaving. The two restaurants that we wanted to try and go to had a long line of at least 10 other parties. So we opted for this place. Staff were a little confusing because there was plenty of tables outside or inside. We wanted inside and the worker outside said to just sit where ever. The employee on the inside yelled from across the room that we had to wait for them, but then just sat us down where we started to anyways. Food was great, we had ordered chicken for the kids, and then another noodle dish and pho. I would have to say that this may be our spot to visit now going forward when we are in the area. Place was clean and well kept, large open areas inside and outside seating. They had a "robot" to bring some items, but it seemed more trouble than just bringing the items because it would deliver the wrong items to the wrong table and they would have to come and get it to correct it.
Our first time to eat at Pho 90. I was impressed with the food. I ordered the short rib beef soup with thin rice noodle. The flavor of the soup was spot on. The beef came off the bone easily but did not shred to bits. It was just right. My family orders different entrees including shrimp spring rolls. They gave their food a thumbs up as well. The place got busy fast so even getting water to drink suddenly became tough. Service took a sudden hit even though they have service robots augmentation delivering other food items. Anyway, it's a huge place with outside seating as well. I can't imagine when the place becomes really busy. It's certainly worth a second visit.
The spring rolls were tasty and loaded with vegetables and protein. The Pho soup that I ordered was phenomenal it was an Oxtail Pho. Wow, it's something that I'd recommend, and I'd definitely order again. I'd recommend this place to anyone that enjoys Pho.

Price 4 of 5. Decent for norcal. I'm used to socal prices.
