Was sat promptly. Very courteous staff and knowledgeable about food and drinks. Simple menu but tasty. The drinks were excellent (margarita made simple and right). The garlic fries were crisp and fresh with nice fresh garlic.
The pizza (Hoggin It) was just ok. Could have more flavor in either the meats or sauce. The crust was good though, thin and with just the right amount of chew.
This is a favorite local place for us to meet up with friends and family. Located in an upscale shopping center in an upscale San Jose residential neighborhood, it serves good food and wines, in indoor and ourdoor/patio settings.

Great place for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch (BLT is a must). Much-needed social spot in S. San Jose gets its seasons right with a vast selection from the tap (and now cocktails). Food is California "progressive"--a variety of regional fusion that delivers a mix of stately tastes.
Among my favorites are the Poutine (with chorizo gravy), a pumpkin seed granola shrimp, and a ceviche presented like no other ceviche I've ever seen.
Oh, yeah the staff is attentive, friendly, and liberal with sincere smiles.
The food was good, but not the service... idk why but it seemed like our waiter was on one.. as in he didn't care and wasn't very attentive.. I had to get up a few times. Until Kim noticed, Kim was very sweet and basically became our waiter instead, thank you Kim 🙂
Great lamb burger and my friends enjoyed a few pizzas. Decent beer on tap and service was top notch.

We are regulars here because it is the best local restaurant in our neighborhood. The craft cocktails are perfectly prepared and the service is the BEST. Always a smiling staff to greet and serve you. The are plenty of good food options as well. The best item to NEVER miss are the spicy breaded green beans appetizer, delicious! Also, the garlic butter shrimp app is frequently a hit. The lamp skewers are great too. My favorite salad is the chopped BLT, I add their chicken and I order this the most. Their pizza is delicious, crust is perfectly cooked. The short rib rigatoni is incredible! My only gripe is that they don't have specials and the menu rarely changes. I'd like to see new options. Before covid they had a trio of tacos, I think, but remember them to be fabulous. Bring us some weekly specials to change it up a bit since we go weekly. Oh and 1/2 off wine on Tuesdays or is it Wednesdays?
Good food, good vibe. The host was not the friendliest but the rest of the service providers were good.
Salads are hit or miss. Pizzas are great! Recommend asking they not out the oil on top of the pizza, as it becomes quite greasy. Without it, it is well-balanced!
Great food and great service. Came here for lunch and dined outside. There is a barcode on the table to scan for access to the menu online and we felt safe. Will definitely come back.
