Went on a Saturday evening for dinner and surprisingly we got the table within 10 mins .
Both food and service was pretty good
In general Olive garden should include more vegetarian options , they haven’t added anything new from past few years
The assistant manager had to work two jobs - serving and the back of the house (dishes or something). It hurt service despite their best efforts because someone didn't show for their shift or this location is understaffed during the lunch hours during the weekday. Otherwise, the soup is fantastic and I would have given five stars if they were properly staffed - I feel for the staff that have to do their best.
We went here for lunch. The place is huge n usually busy. So reservation is recommended. The food tasted good. The salad n fruit juices were unlimited. But the service was very slow. Go there with a lot of time in hand!
Who doesn't crave for Italian Food? Most of us are fond of simple and yet delicious Italian food for our soul. Being a vegetarian many a times, I have walked out of Italian restaurant thinking we can make better Pasta at home. I guess its mainly because of Indian flavors that burst in our mouth crave for something spicy and tangy. However, Italian food is on a simpler side yet packed with deliciousness. Olive Garden is one place, where I can thoroughly enjoy Italian flavors.
Spinach Artichoke dip is my all time favorite. Followed by Fettuccie Alfredo, eggplant Parmigiana, Five Cheese Ziti Al forno
The service was great. I'm guessing our server was fairly young as another server had to bring us our adult drinks, but he was amazing with his attitude and service. Checked in on us enough to make sure we did not run out of anything, but not enough to feel like he was hovering at all. Really good balance.
Staff was very welcoming. Service was fast. Excellent quality food, generous portions, with free bread sticks. Our server checked back several times to see if we wanted anything.
Staff is super on top of things. We where sat and stuffing our faces with bread and salad before we could blink. The restaurant was quiet busy but or food came out quite fast. My mom requested a dish that was no longer available and the waiter made a effort, but at end the kitchen was unable to supply her request, but don't seem fare to knock the stars off for that. All in all it was a great experience
Hayden was an amazing server! The food was amazing and the seating was great! It was an overall good experience! We did have to ask the person who sat us to move us to a better atmosphere!
I came in on a Sunday night for dinner and had a good overall experience. It was a little warm inside but the service was fantastic. Our server was fast and friendly and very accommodating. His name was Darius. He customized my salad exactly the way I wanted it. Good customer service is hard to find so this was a refreshing experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Darius for your warm hospitality!
The food was very good, the salad could have been colder but I'm sure we were there at the end of the lunch rush. I definitely would love to go back again, especially with my neighbor Linda who took me there in the first place. I think her very much and had a great time. The coffee was exceptional just like the lemon water. We had a very polite waiter. Unfortunately when we were seated it was at a dirty table which took a very long time for them to clean off. It is very hard to see all the pieces of food on the table I apologize for that.
I finally return back to the Olive Garden October 2nd 2022, the food was good however it was too salty for me I couldn't even eat it. Everybody enjoyed themselves very much the children all love the breadsticks and the sauces.
