Customer service and pizza is always on point! I'm a repeat customer and had to leave a review after many great trips. A big thanks to Neal for his great customer service and for always taking care of us!
Probably not fair for me to only four stars rating just because I've only been there once and really don't have a desire to go back. But personally I'm not a big fan of the pizza that is offered at any MOD Pizza. That could just be a matter of personal taste because I know plenty of other people who don't hesitate to go to this establishment. So, perhaps a better review would be to say that if you like this chain of restaurants then there's no reason not to go to this one.
I was new to the area and was looking for a good quick pizza place. Well I had to look no further than this place. They have amazing pizza, no doubt about that. Shakes are amazing and they even sell alcohol. However, they did give our order out to the wrong person and had to make us a brand new one. But the quality of the food still outweighed the hopefully one-time error. Still come back every now and then and I'm impressed still.
Ordered from the app, which I found a bit difficult when I tried to pay. Why can't anyone figure out how to integrate Google/Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, ... into a fast food restaurant app?
The pizza was actually better than I was expecting. I've found Mod to be just OK in the past. This time the crust was very good and crisp. They did a great job of not putting too much on top.
Great pizza! Great for families. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Accommodating staff, and checked on our table, but could smile a little more. Specialty soda and beer available. Can connect to free Starbucks Wi-Fi from MOD.
My wife loves their cauliflower crust and fresh veggies. And I love their traditional (but still thin!) crust loaded with spicy chicken sausage topping. For less than what you spend at upscale pizza places, we get a nice pizza night out with lively ambience and outdoor seating.
I ordered a custom made pizza, it was a thin crust pizza. The pizza tasted pretty good. The prices are also reasonable. Overall it’s a nice place to hang out with friends.
The manager Cody was awesome to accommodate us right before closing (yes we were those people, but it was our first time doing that!) not only did he help us, he had a great attitude and we had a nice conversation!
Quick service, friendly staff, nice location. Pizzas are as good as other Mods. If you are new to Mod world, they offer pretty much offer all toppings, with no limit on number of toppings of your choice.
Enough seating space and they do a good job in keeping it clean.
Mod has the best gluten free pizza (Cauliflower Crust). I have severe allergy to wheat so I have tried a lot of high end pizza places, but I’ve yet to find a place with better non wheat crust than Mod. Having said that, you have to eat it fresh out of the oven and do yourself a favor; stay away from the regular Gluten Free crust because it’s nasty. Thank you, Mod for making it possible for me to fulfill my pizza cravings 🍕🍕🍕
