110% recommend. The food is amazing I got the brisket with extra fat and it was super tender. The house mac n cheese was great and the price for the amount of food you get is very fair. My family said the fries and Sirloin Sandwhich where great. The staff is super friendly and made us feel welcomed. This is the definitely the place to come for good BBQ that dosnt break the bank. Definitely coming back.
Lots of parking, easy too find from street, friendly and helpful staff.
Of all the BBQ spots in San Jose this one has the best tasting sides and number of options. The BBQ is definitely tasty on its own, though I'm very partial to the meats at South Winchester BBQ (though they have horrible sides).
Interior feels a bit clinical and isn't laid out well. Recommend trying if in the area.
First time here and we loved it and will difently be back. Pecan pie and Lemon Bars are fresh and delicious. Trying the Brownies next time. 😋
We've lived around the corner from this place for 1.5 years and we finally made it here. Very good quick bbq place. Corn bread and mac n cheese sides were very good. Decent portions. Quaint inside and they serve alcohol and vegetarian options too. We'll definitely come back to try more options.

My first visit here. Place is nice and great service. They have wide variety of selection on the Menu. I tried Thai chicken skewers with Fries and Mac & Chese on the side. Chicken was very tender and juicy. It was similar to chicken satay in taste. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu next time!
Been going here since 2009 -whole family's favorite BBQ place in San Jose. Usually order a tri tip sandwich with avocado. Kiddo loves the Mac n cheese and pulled pork. Everything we've tried is delicious
When I dig into the loaded baked tater smothered under a side of baked beans, I think to myself “this is wizardry here” - how they bake a potato and create the sweet, moist flavor and texture time after time after time, I can only explain by assuming there is magic involved.
Oh, by the way: they also serve up knee-buckling chicken, ribs, pork...
If you’re in south San Jose or Almaden - do yourself and those you love a big favor: eat here, and eat here often.

Real smoked BBQ. Awesome. Not chain food. Service is excellent. Restaurant is very clean. Kitchen is spotless. Get the pecan pie.
