Good, fresh, basic dinner food. Never that crowded or noisey. Recommended. Parking lot is very tight, you'll need to be extra careful when navigating.
The social environment is very friendly and sociable. Also, the place is clean. The food is so great! This place is what I call American breakfast! Parking lot is small.

Great place to grab some delicious food. It can get a little loud but customer service is almost always great! The cook really cares about the food they put out. My only cons are sometimes the silverware isn't clean, the bathroom is outside and you need a code and the three times I had egg whites there was some yolk in it, I just pushed it to the side because overall I'll come back again and again. Come see for yourself!
It's always hit or miss, however the last time I was there the service was excellent! I think they have gotten it together. I love the range on the menu, but it's been hard on their staff. Being a server myself I was incredibly impressed with the way it has turned around in the last few years! Good job to both the ladies and gentlemen cooking and serving!
The food as always is awsome, great quality. If you want a real home cooked, good portion breakfast anytime, definitely come here. The menu has a wonderful variety of just about everything. Quick, prompt service. Reasonably priced for what you get. Open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday which is so awesome. Newly remodeled and comfy atmosphere.
Mini gourmet has been a San Jose staple for such a long time. They've always had a unique menu and the food is delicious. Although the menu has become a bit more limited (vs. previous years) the food is consistently good. The service is also good. They have a very nice dessert section that's always a surprise. I love this place ❤️
Love that this place has stood the test of time because the food is so yummy comfort food that sits well in your tummy and each tasty bite is savored.. favorite or my father's RIP and now mine. Cheers! Highly recommend. With 24 hours 7 days a week they keep their doors open with a warm welcome .can't ask for more down home style .
Amazing food, even at 11pm. We had onion rings, Western burger and Bistro Steak Medallions. It was a wonderful experience. Great friendly staff. Best of all, homemade key lime pie and German chocolate milkshake. Even the whipped cream was buttery, fresh and delicious.
It became one of our favorite places. We’ll come back and bring more people for sure.
I came here today for the first time and honestly the food was AMAZING! The service was great our waiter was super polite and kept checking up on us to make sure we were good!! I've always driven passed this little diner and never even thought to stop by but now that I have I will definitely be coming more often!!!
