Wonderful little cafe in San Francisco with lots of helpful information about the food. Ordered the Omega smoothie and was very happy with the flavours. Owner was very helpful and patient.
Fresh food that is really what healthy eating is all about.
I really like this place! All available foods are visible, it all looks delicious. The eight things i had were pretty good and the price came out to be lower than I expected. For being a health food spot, I was surprised to see they warm up your foods with a microwave, though. My food didn't come hot after it was microwaved.
I love this place... Usually a big fan of their kale salads but my favorite thing is their chicken thighs... I don't know how they make them so delicious but they're the bomb.

Consistently delicious food! I seriously can't rave enough about how good the food is, I haven't tried a thing I don't like. The thing I like the most?! It's healthy! And perfect for those who are conscious about calorie intake and nutritious ingredients.
My favorite dish by far is the chicken enchilada. It's got a thin corn tortilla and is stuffed full with chicken (very generous portion of chicken!). The sauce that comes with it is very tasty. Best part of the dish?! It's only 230 calories for the whole thing!
My favorite side dish is the cauliflower chickpea dish - it's got a great flavor, yum! The quinoa is also great. Recent discovery that is a must try are the yams, so flavorful!
Honestly, I could go on all day about how great the food is, trust me, give it a try.
The staff are great. Very patient in portioning out all of my dishes. The owners are a very sweet couple and go out of there way to tell you about the great ingredients and recipes.
Love love love this place - it's quickly becoming a staple in my diet!
A friend told me about little bites. And just what I wanted. Fresh, lite & tasty food. Really enjoyed my meal. So few places where you can get food like this. Simple, and very nicely seasoned. The pallet enjoyed the tastes and was happy. And no sluggishness afterwards.
And lots of variety. And lots of things without soy sauce to pick from (which I can't eat.) The frittata was yummy and cauliflower and chickpea mix too and Brussels sprout salad was my favorite. Wish I had bought more.
I look forward to stopping in next month when I'm in this area. Will tell friends about them.
It's been a long time since I've found a food that I actually crave. I love everything about Lite Bite! I was only introduced to Greek food a few years ago in another city but I had no idea that Lubbock had such a yummy Greek cafe. So far I've tried the baba ganoush, gyro supreme, and the spinach pizza. Loved them all. Unique, tasty, great prices and not a super heavy food. I know I will be coming back quite often and bringing my friends. I also love that they carry other food items and deserts for sale. We bought pita bread and took it home to eat.

The Mint Chip smoothie has an amazing taste. The funny thing about this place is that it was only 244 calories, which is very surprising! I also had some chewy banana bits at the end which added to the flavor.
