My favorite place to get fresh seafood. I appreciate the selection of fish, oysters, shrimp and they even have uni!
The crab when in season is a great price and every now and then I'll get seafood I usually don't get like lobster, mussels, tuna steaks and king salmon and black cod.
The also sell pantry staples used for seafood and have fish fry which is convenient if you can't or don't want to make your own batter.
Service is great here and the place is cleaner than most. Check this place out!
Very Clean and well run seafood shop. Pricing is very reasonable and the clerk checked each of the 110 oysters we purchased to make sure they were all good. Purchased for a Holiday Party but the pricing and experience was so good we’ll be back again just for ourselves !
Picked up some last minute oysters and uni for a NYE party. At least 8 different types of west coast oysters, 2-3 clams, a good amount of fish (most fresh but some previously frozen). Place is small, but everything very clean and fresh smelling. Staff helpful and friendly as well. If we lived here I'd be happy to shop here often.
This place is great for fresh seafood! My usual buys are mussels, manila clams, calamari (tubes and tentacles), shrimp, and oysters. I always like to be helped by the older gentleman with salt and pepper hair - he's friendly and really checks each shellfish to make sure it's good/alive. With my last haul, I made seafood spaghetti tossed in squid ink - so good, especially with fresh seafood!
I love this place! I was first recommended by my director about this place, he said they have the best oysters from west coast to east coast. I finally got a chance to stop by today. Unluckily, there’s no oysters left for today, but they have all kinds of fish, shrimp and live crab available. I bought the crab, shrimp, some clam and salmon. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Crab is fresh and they can kill the crab and clean it for you! They also put ice inside to keep the seafood fresh, which is really thoughtful! Definitely check out this place if you are a seafood lover! Their opening hour for holiday is till 4pm, not 5pm btw.
Super clean & well managed plus family owned & operated fish store in the heart of the mission. Live lobsters, crab (in season) & multiple types of clams, oysters and mussels, not to mention squid, octopus, frog legs, and more. 🦞🦀🐟🎏🐠. A true neighborhood gem.

I can't speak highly enough of Sun Fat Seafood! After their remodel it's an exceptional fish market. Super clean, fresh fish and the customer service is excellent, (please tip them). Oysters, crabs, lobsters and clam tanks are stellar, and they have a big variety of the freshest fish. I was really happy with the Mackerel and Sardines, they have to be fresh. Several varieties of shrimp to choose from. I could go on. I do wish they had wild Salmon. I go there once a week if I can now. Shout out to Sun Fat Seafood, keep up the great work!
Fresh and live seafood in an amazingly clean shop! It’s my go to place for clams, oysters, crab and lobsters!
