Love this place! The food is amazing, they make delicious margaritas, great atmosphere, and good service!
Really tasty food, amazing atmosphere and great service. Late 20s / early 30s crowd. Perfect for dinner and drinks on a Friday or Saturday night.
Delicious food with rustic vibe that sets the mood for dining inside. We had 3 of their tacos, guacamole and chips, and a garlic shrimp on guacamole, all were fantastic! My wife loved the grilled fish taco and so did I! Very flavorful. I enjoy the beer battered fish taco very much. The pork taco (bottom of the menu, can't remember the name) was massive and filling. You'll probably look at the price of the tacos and step back, and that's understandable, a bit pricy. But and there's a big but, and I cannot lie, they are massive tacos that don't skimp on the portion. Everything was delicious and we'll easily be coming back again. For this place, I will give my stamp of approval and suggest you go at least one time and try for yourself.
Comfortable and friendly / trendy atmosphere with really great cocktails and good execution on some traditional cuisines for average prices - not a steal but not overpriced for the area. I tried the Hibiscus Sour, salsa, and pastor tacos.
The food was good and the drinks were great. You can't go wrong with the cocktails; every cocktail I ordered was delicious. The place was aesthetically pleasing especially their wall of liquor. The service and the atmosphere was great.
Very decent and well seasoned Mexican food. They have a wide variety of options. I really love that appetizer. It has a crispy shell stuffed with beef. The burned pepper sauce is so flavorful. Strongly recommend. They also have very good cocktails. I had the hibiscus mezcal.
Excellent food and margaritas! The guacamole and salsa were particularly good. And we loved the atmosphere & high ceilings.
Loved the atmosphere, cocktails and staff. Mezcalitos does an excellent job blending alcohol into mixed. The watermelon Fresca was my favorite! Mint julep is for the sweet drinkers. I’d go back just for drinks.
The potato taquitos we’re not my favorite, a little on the bland side. However the chicken fajitas were plentiful and delicious.
Happy Hour surprise. My wife and I headed up the hill from my mothers apartment to grab a drink and some dinner to be surprised by the fact that it was still happy hour. We enjoyed the chicken and pork tacos and had a couple of margaritas. service was great. Atmosphere was very good and we were glad to have been ahead of the Saturday night rush. This was our 3rd visit to Mezcalito and certainly NOT our last. Thanks again.
This place has the most amazing selection of tequila and mezcal. We went to grab a quick tasting because they are famous for their selection of tequila. But we ended up getting Guacamole/chips snack and 4 of their house original cocktails because they were so delicious. We are definitely coming back for dinner to try out the rest of the menu. I highly recommend it.
Checked out this place on Friday night and it had a really good vibe. We were put on the waitlist for about 25 mins, which is quick for a Friday night. We were seated upstairs and I really enjoyed the ambiance up there, it was a bit more quite and you got to see the whole view of the restaurant.
The drinks at this place were amazinggggg!
The food was also really good, I had the burger which I really enjoyed. My husband had the carnitas quesadilla which was good, not that flavorful but comes with a nice spicy salsa and guacamole. Will definitely be coming back here!
Love the food. With all the Mexican restaurants on Polk, this is the best! The drinks are amazing, and Mo is a great server!
