Sarku Japan’s Bento Boxes are impressive. I tried their Beef Bento Box and it was filled with tasty treats. I like my food organized.
Fresh, delicious, and very flavorful food that is reasonably priced and comes in good-sized portions. I highly recommend the Shrimp Bento, which comes with rice and teriyaki sauce, salad, 4 pieces of sushi, and 3 potstickers.
We had the just had the beef teriyaki and we really liked it. It was super tasty. Honestly I can comprehend the low rating. I would definitely eat here again!

Ok food for the price. I typically go for chicken teriyaki because it's around $10 to get meat, boiled veggies, and rice.
I wouldn't really recommend anything else because the food quality isn't that good for the other stuff. Though it's not bad - my first order was a beef bento and I'll never order that again!You can ask for more veggies vs rice. You can also ask for more sauce once you get your order. It's the same sauce for everything.
They cook all the meat on one side of the grill and the rest of the food on another grill. The sushi is made in the kitchen/behind the cashier.
Depending on when you get your food, you may need to wait a while (~20 mins) until they cook a batch of chicken - even though you may spot some cooked chicken on standby to be placed on a tray.
The waiting line is like an assembly line - you order & pay and roughly follow your tray on the bar holder above the grill. They may or may not call your order # so I think it's better to roughly guess which tray is yours and follow it.
I never had teriyaki sushi rolls before and it was excellent. I also liked the spring rolls. I plan to ee visit and try other items on their menu :)
This visit I had the shrimp bento box. It was ok but not as good as my previous order. I will be back to try other items on the menu. I love watching the chefs cooking all the food. So efficient!!?!!!
Cheap and delicious food. The miso soup is much better than another Japanese restaurant also in Westfield.

Their food is good, but sometimes their service sucks. You ask them for extra sauce and they look at you like you crazy like they make the sauce them self in the bag from secret little person
Great food and fast service. Liked how they cooked the food right there to order. Had the beef and shrimp but have tried chicken too
It’s all good. Great place to fill your appetite on the run. Also great stop for shopping or window shopping. Will come again!
really nice Teriyaki, but the portions are quite big
