We tried this place because recommended by friends. Decent atmosphere but music is a little loud for dinner time. Friendly service, attentive but not intrusive.
We both enjoyed the chicharron de pollo (fried chicken), perfectly seasoned and cooked, the chicken moist and tender with very light batter. The lomo saltado is nicely seasoned but the beef is a little dry (overcooked). My hubby like the pescado al ajo (steamed snapper w/ garlic).
Overall, the food is above average with nice service. I wish the music is a little softer for dinner time.

Not Fusion. This is as close to going to Peru as you can get. The ceviche is served with a bit of yam, potato and homemade corn nuts. And no, they are not the ranch flavored crap you buy at 7-Eleven.
Peruvian food has never really been on my radar, but when my friend told me that her brother in law owned Mi Lindo Peru, I was definitely interested in giving it a try. I really had no idea that Mi Lindo Peru was getting rave reviews on Yelp.
The food is top notch and very filling, so if needed I recommend splitting a dish for the big portions. But don’t skip on the appetizers either. Not much street parking but nearby is a little parking lot and pay there to save yourself a headache. But I’d definitely come back here again
We have been coming here off and on for over 20 years. We were happy to take Muni bus line 29 then the 49 to have a nice lunch for our family of five on a day trip to the city. We were hungry after walking the morning being tourists in our own backyard. Three apetizers, four entrees, and 2-liter bottle of Inca Cola, with tip came out to $190. Big plates of good food. Sorry we don't have pictures of all the great food.
Excellent restaurant . I reserve 5 stars for the ultimate dining experience, but this place is close to that. The sangria is excellent and our dishes were fantastic. This place has a local feel and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and will go back. Most dinners are in the $18 range.
Came here for lunch with a friend during the week and had an absolute amazing meal. The ceviche was fresh and prepared perfectly. The grilled shrimps and deep fried fish was also excellent as well! All in all, a great meal and will definitely go back again in the future.
Nice little unpretentious, unassuming little spot with good food! Popped in here because we were craving Peruvian food and waiting for a concert across the street at The Knockout.
The prices are a little high (like most places these days) and we weren't super hungry, so we shared a ceviche de pescado (I believe it was red snapper) and some fried plantains. Both were quite good, and the server was friendly, and brought us additional bread and plantain chips. It was a nice and relaxed, casual experience with fresh food and no nonsense.
Such good food! We just got back from it and I'm still thinking about their garlic shrimp. Note that the food here is not "fancy", it's just honest and made with love. The potatoes from the garlic shrimp brought back so many memories of my grandma and made it the best dinner I could have around here. Their empanadas are also delicious (especially if mixed with the spicy salad that comes with it). If you're looking for an authentic Latin flavored comfort food, this is definitely the spot!
Amazing authentic Peruvian cuisine with friendly and caring service. We got Papa Rellena and Lomo Saltado and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
My Father and I enjoyed eating here all the time together. He's in heaven now, I miss coming here, so I've decided it's time to come back, enjoy a meal, and remember my Father by eating a delicious Ceviche. Muchas Gracias, I love you Papi.🌻🐝
Ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was very delicious! I love dining at Mi Lindo Peru. The restaurant is very clean, friendly waiters/waitresses, didn't have to wait too long for our food, and overall this Peruvian restaurant deserves a 5 star rating!

I was craving Peruvian today and stumbled upon Mi Lindo Peru when “another” Peruvian place I was going to was closed. I wasn’t disappointed as Mi Lindo Peru was as authentic as can be, sans the llamas roaming outside! I ordered the Lomo Saltado (steak stir fry) that came with Rice and best bread, ever! The Sangria I ordered had a nice kick to it and lucky I ate all that bread first lol. About $30 for my experience and staff was Latino friendly;) Parked on Geneva/Mission.
