The best! Great hospitality; Lalo is a great cook!
Check out Bodgea . . . delightful spot in the heart of SF that serves Media Luna Vineyards wines! Say hello to Lalo and Paria. Salud!
We were visiting from the UK and just wanted somewhere for a chilled evening, some wine and maybe some food if we felt like it.
This place ticked all the boxes. To a European, US food portions can be overwhelming so the small plates here were just what we needed. The tacos and Brussels sprouts were both amazing. The service was impeccable and we really liked the atmosphere - relaxed but trendy.
Well worth a visit.
Really cute hole in the wall we stopped in before going to a comedy show. Although a little pricier than we wanted, and didn't have the beer that I wanted, we were able to find something on the menu especially the delicious sweet potato tacos. The serving staff was very nice and attentive and we would definitely come back. All that was missing was a cat. 😉
One of the best spots in SF for a date night. Drinks and ambiance are amazing. Service is perfect. Most underrated aspect is the food. They have a really intimate kitchen, but everything I’ve ordered is top notch.
I’m a regular at Bodega. There’s really nothing better than sitting outside by the space heater, drinking delicious wine, and snacking on some treats after a visit to Washington Square Park with the dog. The waitstaff is always so nice and fun. I tell everyone to stop by Bodega!
Really nice spot, good drinks, but the food isn’t great.
Specifically, the chicken nuggets were awful. They were identical to the microwave chicken nuggets they sell as part of the lean cuisine package.
Fabulous later afternoon or weekend hang. The food here is on point and the wine is reasonably priced and of high quality and wide variety. Go check it out! Also dog friendly (a bonus!)
few places have style here but this is one of them.
the wines are well selected and the place is tastefully crowded.
Saturday mornings you can line up for a solid breakfast burrito.
unfortunately very overpriced - a decent glass of red or breakfast burrito isnt as rare as i thought in this city so its hard to justify the 20 bucks per glass this place charges.
Great atmosphere even better food. We tried the mushroom toast, nuggets, potatoes, and melt. The nuggets were nothing special but the rest of the food was incredible. Highly recommend.
Super chill and hip atmosphere and amazing wines, overall excellent vibes
Lovely charming atmosphere. We had some great wine and beer and tried the short rib and carnitas tacos, both of which were delicious. Very friendly staff.
