Dinner
Beautiful restaurant. Great lighting. Lovely staff. Full bar with fun specialty drink selection. Great menu! Make sure to leave room for dessert.
This cute restaurant is situated at the edge of the Presidio, in a remodeled former enlisted soldier barracks. The service was prompt and attentive. The food was great. The menu is small though of fine variety. We enjoyed this place with our party of four.
Quiet Environment with good food. I've been here twice so far and will continue to come back to lunch. The menu is short and changes periodically. It's always good, especially the deserts each time we have come. The waiters are always surprised when I tell them my son went to Kindergarten in this building when the Army was situated in the Presidio. Another good point is that there is ample parking.
Good food and atmosphere. We met some old friends there for dinner and really enjoyed the free parking lot. The service was first rate and the food delicious. A bit noisy at peak times but seating is cozy enough to keep you in ear-shot of everyone at the table. Meat loaf, crab sandwich both were good. If there is anything on the down side it's a bit costly for the portions and menu. We will return again.

There aren’t too many restaurants way out in the Presidio, but the Presidio Social Club is one of them. Housed in a remodeled 1903 barracks building on the east side of the Presidio, this fairly large restaurant has an old-timey, classic, yet comfortable feel to it. The sweeping verandas and old fashioned counter seating juxtapose the open space, modern furniture, and abundant natural light. We went for brunch, and the menu was a totally mixed bag. Chiliquiles and huevos rotos sat alongside a croque madame, Vietnamese veggie sandwich, kale salad, and crab louie. I’m not sure what the theme is, but I like it. I ordered the Vietnamese veggie sandwich and added crab (which is in season), and my man friend ordered the ham and eggs benedict, but subbed crab for ham. It was a very crabby meal. eggs benedict with crab The benedict was good, but the veggie sandwich was amazing. Every bite was just incredible. It had a plentiful amount of crab, standard julienned carrots, cilantro, pickled onio
We stopped for Brunch before a show in SF..this would be the 3rd time here..never dissapoints, amazing Food , beautiful atmosphere, gentle and attentive service..will be back for a 4th👌⚘️🌿
Had the Flat Iron Steak. Food was great and flavors complimented each other. Live band was present today. Friends orders Brisket and Herb Chicken, and were throughly impressed as well. Would recommend as a nice outdoor spot in the Presidio!
EDIT: Came again for the clam bake and lobster pasta. Super great. Dessert was also very tasty
Excellent, tasty food with fresh ingredients. Service was awesome, friendly and quick. Great experience.
Great service, cozy and attractive atmosphere, and really good (but pretty rich) food. The pistachio and honey burrata and the squash and mushroom pasta stood out to me. They do have espresso but not decaf (they do have decaf coffee).
Bloody Mary’s were great and food was pretty good.
We went here for Thanksgiving and did the prixe fix menu. I got the vegetarian main course and my boyfriend got the traditional meal. The butternut squash started was great. My boyfriend really liked his plate, which included light and dark meat and stuffing; his portions were great. My meal was artichoke and sweet potato and I loved it. We ended with pumpkin pie and espresso. Service was on point. The atmosphere was lovey and classy. Jazz holiday music and seating on the outdoor deck was perfect. 100% will be back.
The Presidio Social Club was a wonderful surprise. The exterior is unassuming, but what happens in the kitchen is superb. Sandwiches, salads, soups, dessert - all delicious. I will definitely return!
Great experience, pleasant service, really delicious food (interestingly the food quality went up since pre-pandemic and the menu is better as well!). We had a very nice chicken soup and a great scramble. Nice outdoor terrace with shade. Definitely recommend!
Probably my favorite spot to get brunch while at the presidio. The atmosphere is light and easy while having formal overtones. The food is well prepared and I haven’t been disappointed by any of the dishes served here. The only downside is the parking nearby is somewhat limited, but ya know… its the presidio.
Came here for brunch with some friends. They have indoor and outdoor seating. And really yummy drinks, alcohol and non alcohol. Waiters were attentive. Parking was a bit tricky tho, not much around the area. I ubered there and my friends drove. So go a little early to look for parking.
