William our server was attentive and prompt. He constantly checked in with us even though he had lots of tables and gave us many recommendations. We were a party of 6, mostly vegetarian. The chicory salad, maccheroncelli, triangoli and focaccia were our absolute favorites!

Coach Popovich has 5 NBA championship rings, but he may need a 6th purely based off the fact that he loves 7 Hills. Okay so maybe that opening line wasn’t great but EVERY DISH at Seven Hills was! We made reservations in advance and were seated promptly upon our arrival. The staff were efficient and personable and our server gave insightful recommendations based off our hunger levels. Tomatoes are in season and we we opted for the Sun Blaze Ranch Panzanella Salad which was *chefs kiss*. The tomatoes were super good and the other vegetables complemented the dish nicely. The dressing was light and let the tomatoes really shine. You cannot visit Seven Hills without trying their Maccheroncelli. As that is tomato based, we decided to order the Bigoli with the lighter sauce to contrast the Maccheroncelli. Maccheroncelli - delightful. Great texture and the chili really brightens this dish. Pappardelle - love the sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked - I could eat this every day. Bigoli - was good and perfectly fine. I think in comparison to the other two pasta dishes it was hard for this to really stand out but it was good. Oh. Also. Don’t forget to get their baked in house garlic and Parmesan focaccia bread!!!

We made a reservation in advance and we’re promptly seated at arrival. The staff were very friendly and gave some really good recommendations based on your likes and food preferences! Every dish we ordered was great! They had a lot of vegetarian pasta options and we were spoilt for choice! Do not miss out on the garlic and Parmesan focaccia bread, it’s one of the best we’ve had!

The food and dining experience were excellent. The service was very good, but could be a little slow at times (getting someone's attention etc.). But overall the dishes we tried were very good. Great flavor, quality, use of seasonal ingredients etc. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered tagliolini with tomatoes, fresh and rich and a touch of creaminess. Noodles very springy almost like Chinese bean curd noodles. Parpadelle with rabbit is hearty but still elegant. ($28) Casoncelli stuffed with potatoes had very delicious pesto sauce. Meat lovers will be pleased with the ribeye ($48). Also got beef and pork meatball appetizer ($23) rich and the perfect amount of black pepper. Prosciutto and melons had good prosciutto, spicy arugula, and delicious melons (I'm a melon lover, was satsified!). Foccacia $4 good bounce and decent olive oil. Only slight gripe is my water glass was refilled too often even after a few sips.

It's easy to find a good Italian restaurant but hard to find a great one. I am pleased to put Seven Hills in the "great" Italian restaurant category! Warning: In addition to appetizers, I recommend ordering one primo and one secondo per person as the portions allow for this (small) and the taste and quality justifies the portion sizes. All dishes were unique and expertly crafted. The foie gras appetizer was topped with a strawberry reduction which in my opinion is optional since I prefer the taste of the foie gras itself over the sweeter taste of the reduction. The Panzanella's dressing was perfectly balancing the tomatoes and fine slices of shallots. As main course, we shared the fish of the day which was roasted salmon on a bed of PERFECT tomato risotto. The risotto alone was to die for: topped with fresh basil leaves to give an explosion of flavors: absolutely lovely. The fish was cooked to the perfection: evenly cooked (juicy) with not a single sign of dryness. With this we paired a dry white wine. Highly recommend for the quality of the food. I would say that the higher cost is justified by the quality of the food.

They! Know! What! They! Are! Doing! Awesome service (quick, sharp, attentive) love the plate & utensil change + table wiping in between dishes! The food. Simply impeccable. I wish my appetite was big enough to order every single pasta dish on the menu. Will forever crave the squid ink spaghettoni with crab meat! Also, their focaccia was the best I’ve had in my life. Definitely will be visiting again soon!

Great experience. It is pretty tight in here though so you sit close to the next people but the food was great. The bread was a highlight as it was delicious. The parpadelle was good too but the meat was slightly hard to eat.

Absolutely gorgeous dinner and great wines. The homemade pastas were simply melt in your mouth perfection and the outdoor seating by the cable car was magical. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Be prepared to splurge, you won’t want to skip any courses here!

We attend monthly, always good food, portion sizes vary, but quality and taste are always 5 stars. Waiters always happy to help with wine pairing, and make your experience memorable.
