Awesome experiences! My husband and I are customers for life. Chef Urs has an amazing ability with creating beautiful and shock your mouth delicious wedding cakes, including the best Gluten Free cake I’ve ever had, which was also for our wedding in July 2011. Because of Chef Urs’ perfectionist style, his creative experiences, and his knowledge of Celiac Sprue and Gluten Free needs, my husband and I had the best wedding cake we could ever ask for! We loved it, and our guests loved it. The Mango Strawberry cake is awesome --- I’ve only had the Gluten Free version, and loved it, but my husband had the regular version and loved it… so much so that it’s the only cake he wants to eat now. Needless to say, ordering it as a Birthday cake is as easy and calling the order in. Thanks Chef Urs! We’ll see you soon, I’m sure!
My husband and I stopped by here today. He had the chocolate croissant and I had the nectarine and blackberry Gillette. So delicious. Perfect! I loved the nectarine and blackberry pastry that I got. It was to do die for. Yum!
Manju as authentic as it gets outside of Japan...if you have shopped at most Japanese supermarkets in Southern California you have probably seen their manju on the shelves. Tasty treat...reminds me of my Grandma and Grandpa.
Love Urs and his cakes. He made a 50th wedding anniv. cake for us replicating the original wedding cake from an old photo. He was familiar with the colors, styles and techniques available back then and made a delicious attractive cake.
