This place is really low key, and really good. It's basic food, but it's extremely fresh and reasonably priced. Go here for a refreshing and quilt-free lunch or snack. Highly recommend the house brewed hibiscus tea, the chipotle sauce, and the sautéed tofu.

Had a fantastically filling lunch here, but had to wait a long time. There was only one cashier and seemed like only one cook, and then were already behind on orders when I got there. The cashier warned me it would be a 10-12 minute wait as they cook the fish protein add on to order, but he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I got a house made iced hibiscus tea that was tangy and slightly bitter, very tasty. Once I finally got my food it was worth the wait. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the cilantro sauce and delishious. Will definitely be returning, probably at a less busy time though.

We had some business in downtown and found this amazing health food alternative that was delicious. The owner was very hospitable and accommodating. They make grilled tofu taste delicious with a myriad of dressings to choose from "SAUCE!" I added Cotija cheese to top it off. I will definitely be back since I can order online now. Set up like a Chiptole, you pick and choose your first layer (salad, beans, pasta or quinoa) then second layer (organic steamed veggies) and assorted toppings after Love this place, it seems like the only healthy option downtown if you dont want a salad.
The ingredients and taste of them are great! Everything was warm and made ready to mix. I will definitely be returning but I do wish it was more affordable. Total price for my large plate with chicken and veggies was $10.26 but I was very full and mixing the beans and pasta was a great choice.
