This quaint little sushi place caught our attention because of the awesome ramen special that was advertised. At only $7.95, you have the option of getting a big bowl of ramen and 4 pieces of Cali Rolls. Since I have been wanting to eat Ramen we decided that this place would be perfect to dine in ☺
When we walked in our server greeted us and she told us to pick a spot. There was outdoor seating available, but very limited seating indoors. I can’t imagine how packed it gets during a busy day. I definitely recommend going on a calm day for a quick lunch outing.
I ordered a Vegetarian Miso Ramen with Tofu. I was extremely surprised at how big the bowl was. We decided to get a Crunchy Roll and a Rainbow Roll. My husband ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Plate that included a Salad, Soup, Rice and the Chicken.
The bill was a grand total of $30, which was well under our budget. Overall, the venue was nice, the food was fresh and the prices were very affordable.
OH! And they also have selected rolls at 50%. We got two rolls for 9 bucks !
We were visiting from Denver and came here based on the reviews. If you can look past the simple atmosphere the sushi was fabulous. The staff was cheerful and fast. The cost was extremely inexpensive for what we had. Definitely would come here again. A San Diego Jen!
Absolutely incredible. Service and food quality outstanding. I've been in the restaurant industry for years and I can say that quality, customer service, and prices are fantastic.
Our Favorite :D. We choose Kiki nearly every time we decide to go out for sushi. The $1 per piece nigiri daily lunch special makes for a cheap, fresh meal. All of the specialty rolls are awesome, $1.99 12oz beers all day, and a relaxed atmosphere with super fast and friendly service. If you're looking for a trendy spot with low lighting and club music, don't come here, but as far as a satisfying meal, you can't go wrong.

Wow..so delicious with a friendly, accommodating staff. Not much atmosphere but who cares with such great sushi.
I had their baked salmon roll and shrimp tempura. I liked it and the portion size was fine. The salmon wasn't dry and tasted good. The shrimp tempura was tender and the battered wasn't overcooked. I enjoyed it!
OUTSTANDING!!! I felt like I was back in Japan…I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of fish. My salmon was sweet & fresh with the best flavor. Fair warning the spicy tuna has a kick…or maybe it was the fact that the roll was filled with fish and not filler ingredients!! Nicely done! The imported sake, soju, and beverage selection is impressive for such a small place. My husbands teriyaki chicken was tender and delicious, and even the rice had authentic texture & taste. We will be back!!
(Note, probably not the first choice for people who like Americanized fusion sushi. But their menu is diverse so…give it a try!)
Good food for the price. Open somewhat late in comparison to other eateries in the area.
Good sushi rolls food was fresh. Packed everything up with love. Try them out I found them on door dash trying find new local restaurants near my house. My family enjoyed there food and i have ordered from them over 4 times.
All the workers are really friendly and the food was amazing. Would recommend for those in the area trying to have a good time.
I took my husband to Hillcrest for Sunday brunch. He had a lot to drink the night before, so he wanted ramen instead of brunch food. This was the only place that opened at 11, and I've never had ramen before, so we went here. We were not disappointed. We were the 1st people here and the food was GOOD! I got the spicy miso ramen. They have a special that comes with a 4 piece cali roll and ramen. Great choice, I'll definitely go back to try other rolls from there

This place is amazing! The sushi is great and delicious and on top that there is a happy hour discount that ranges from %50 to %30 off on select items. Solid place for sushi. Always go during late hours and it's awesome
$30 for shrimp tempura, seaweed salad, and a specialty roll. Everything was great, plentiful, and adequately spicy. Was afraid to try because of other reviews, but I regret I didn’t earlier.
