It’s so great to have new chef here in Carmel Valley area at Zip fusion sushi!!! No need to drive a lot to have the right seafood and drinks and the new staffs absolutely know how to entertain the kids especially with the right food! Highly recommend to enjoy seafood! So grateful to have affordable and high quality fusuion style Asian food! They have so much optional on demand hidden menus available from the kitchen! Just tell them what you’re expecting and they’ll come up with the most creative dish right away!

The food offerings include Korean hotpot, Korean stone pot rice, Japanese sushi & ramen, fried rice , fried noodles, etc. Convenient for local residents for dining choices. The gratuities are already included in their initial bill so be careful with double tipping.
Guys I love this place it recently got renovated the menu has great variety and the ramens really good. The prices are affordable too. Anything you order will be good. 5/5

Give this place your money! They do a great job, this area has a few sushi places and most are very expensive.
No matter if there is “money” in the area, value is important I don’t care who you are! The menu here has variety, the service is quick and friendly, and they do great with takeout orders being packaged well and with high quality ingredients.
I’ve tried pretty much every roll and they’re fair portions compared to other places nearby.
Their specials feature fun options that add even more variety! People in this area can be overly critical for no reason, this place deserves 5 stars!!!

Excellent sushi at good prices! We get dinner take out from here about 2-3 times per week and we are never disappointed. The shrimp crunch roll is very tasty, probably the best I've had anywhere.
