The crépe and shaved ice cream are the best! We get our desserts here after eating dinner at raki raki!

Tried it after having dinner in Rakiraki next door, and it was the best taiyaki ice cream I’ve ever had! It’s as good as this place in New York! They put ice cream inside a fish shaped cone (called taiyaki) or in a bear shaped cone! Super cute and instagramable! Also they had the best matcha ice cream in San Diego! So creamy and delicious! Their charcoal caramel was pretty good too.

Edit: July 13 - looks like they're letting the place go? There's less and less menu items available each time I go. Out of Nutella, no mochi, no more snow angel, but they make cocktails now. I had the passionfruit tajin cocktail and it was refreshing. Was so sad last week cuz I came on a Thursday and their closed! Sigh. Came in on Wed, Chantal (sp?) was really nice, poor girl was working by herself. I got a crepe with caramel, chocolate sprinkles, whip and banana. It was yummy! Their whip cream is always so fluffy, apparently they make it every day. I wish I could've had my crepe warm, but she told me they have to cool in off or it will stick to the crepe paper. I also tried their new black sesame flavor, it's so good!

This place is my absolutely favorite ice cream place to go in San Diego. The servers are always super friendly, even when their busy. Get the taro, you won't be disappointed. And don't mind the reviews with negative mentions, nit-picking over the location of the shop. It is small, but it's quaint. And It might be a little hectic, but it's not unclean nor is there a smell coming from the rest room. This is a great place for a quick sweet bite to eat, and if you're feeling cramped just step outside !

I had the Strawberry, Nutella and peanut butter crepe, it was very good. The price was just a tiny bit more than I was expecting, but was well worth it. My only real gripe is the wait/queue. There was only one person who took my order and cooked/prepared my crepe fresh. Only having one person makes the wait a tad long when there is a decent size queue. Other than that, this is the place to get a fresh tasty treat ^__^

Ice cream, whipped topping and a cracker are the case to this delicious dessert. The crepe is made fresh and you can add fresh fruit and different spreads and different flavor ice cream. The charcoal is delicious although looks very weird. Its big enough to share, as the crepe can make it very filling. Great treat after eating at any local restaurant. Located inside Raki Raki

Tiny joint selling the most delicious soft serve with amazing flavors like matcha and taro! The soft serve can also come in a crepe cone. They also have Korean snow ice that I didn’t get but looked really delicious. My favorite was the soft serve matcha vanilla swirl.

I had a strong craving for shaved snow (flavored ice that has been thinly shaved), and since it was after 9pm on a Tuesday night, my options were quite limited. However, luckily for me, Angels and Hearts is open until 11. LOCATION: The store is in the same cluster of stores as Crab Hut, Rakiraki, and Tapioca Express, and the parking lot is ALWAYS packed with cars. Fully expect to circle the place like a hungry shark for a spot or prepare to parallel park on the side of the road. The shop itself is to the right of Rakiraki--we couldn't see it until we were directly in front of it because Rakiraki's building design blocked it from our view going east on Convoy Street. STORE: The store is clean and bright, but doesn't seem to invite hanging out--it's small, just 3 or 4 tables. It is however connected on the inside to Rakiraki Ramen, so that's neat. **There is a charge for using a credit or debit card unless you spend over $8.99. FOOD: Its menu is quite simple--crepes and shaved snow. The sign even clarifies that ice cream cannot be bought on its own. They also had several more flavors including regular (I had a taste, but didn't think there was that much flavor), peanut butter, passionfruit, and strawberry. The basic order cost $4.50 and consisted of one's choice of shaved snow, boba pearls, and whipped cream. You can then add toppings at an extra cost including fruits like mango or banana, syrups like chocolate or condensed milk, and even caramelized green tea brulee! I added strawberries to my order. They were already out of many toppings include all of the jellies and honey boba as well. Oh well, it was 10pm, I'll take what I can get. My order came out very quick--I was just handed my receipt when my order came up. Can't complain about that! I love how the orange boba burst in my mouth, releasing a bright citrusy flavor. The snow itself was very flavorful and fine. Finer than other places I've been to before. The whipped cream was thick and rich...not like regular whipped cream. SUMMARY: I love a lot of places in this strip mall, but the parking deters me a lot of times. However, I think I found a great place to go for those times where my sweet tooth is calling after most places close on weeknights. All in all, my three friends and I enjoyed it and will come back again when the shaved snow craving strikes--but I will definitely bring cash.

Tiny sweet crepes shop that is connected to raki raki. The store is usually ran by 1 employee only but doesn't get crowded so the wait isn't that bad. The crepes are delicious and aren't too sweet which is nice. My wife and I always order the crepe with whipped cream and condensed milk with bananas.

Parking in this plaza is always a mess and I wouldnt put myself through the ordeal unless I was getting something amazing that was worth it. Personally Im not all that into crepes but their taro soft serve is killer.

If you're a lover of dessert crepes then this is the place for you! So incredibly dangerous that I live nearby. A absolute visit if in the area in the need for sweets.
