Top authentic Jerk chicken with phenomenal service! Ordered the Jerk chicken (35 people package) for an office Thanksgiving potluck and the knocked it out the park!
They’re prepared everything fresh and hot by 10:30 am according to my request. They even put the sauce (spicy hot) on the side even though I forgot to ask; they just know their customers.
Food is also priced well for top quality. I wish I had remembered to take photos before we started eating. Everyone loved it!

The food is delicious and they give so much!! I always order the Jerk chicken and oxtail. These two dishes are very good. Before San Diego, I always enjoyed Jamaican food in Virginia!! Then tried to find one good restaurant out here and it was just dry. This place is so bomb!! Their cakes are really moist as well. Friendly service too!! I am always coming back!! P.S. the photos does no justice...
The food is seasoned so well! And the portions are heavy!!! Definitely call ahead!
The food is EXCELLENT im from the east coast NY and this is a taste of home that's so far away. The people there are so sweet and the food it amazingly priced and so tasty. If you haven't tried it you really need to. My favorites are ox tail and stew chicken, I'm not a hot and or spicy person but if you are the jerk chicken is amazing too. 😋
I had the oxtails with peas and rice, and veggies. The portions were huge! Everything was fresh and delicious. The oxtails were moist and falling off the bone. They were meaty and substantial in size, unlike other places where they give you the smallest pieces. The service is lacking, but it makes me feel like home. 🤣 This is my favorite spot for authentic Jamaican food.
The quality of food is amazing , sweet spicy hot tasty food . The rice is too die for , chicken will soak your taste buds n too finish with fried banana is the BOMB !
Be careful they have large portions. We only finished half of our small plate orders.
Comfort food and try to get there early as they sell out of popular dishes. Also if they have a batch of homemade ginger beer, GET SOME.
I used to get the Jerk Chicken Dark Meat only. But this time I tried the oxtails and rice and it was good as well. But in my personal opinion I think the Jerk Chicken is better.
The food was tasty and the location is convenient if you are using the bus. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because the staff was not very friendly in fact they seemed annoyed at my son who was waken up from a nap and full of dysfunctional energy. They did give my friends older son a really nice coloring book which makes me want to reconsider adding that extra star but service is a huge deal. They just seemed annoyed by my indecisiveness when ordering (I'm vegetarian and always take forever to order). I would have understood if they were very busy but they weren't. Anyway, the food was decent. Not my favorite place for Jamaican food in San Diego though.
The food is maxing here, tasty and the oxtail was on point. Words can’t describe how good the service and food is, you have to go try it
