Had my brunch here before sailing. Food is great and I especially like the jam in the burger, which makes the burger taste so special. The music here can’t be better, great for zoning out and watching views. Just sit around on the deck, watch the marina and feel the fresh breeze. And staffs here are super friendly. I really enjoy my time here.
An enjoyable experience of sampling a couple of local beers with my lunch of an Albacore Tuna Melt, warm German-style potato salad and homemade coleslaw while watching the scenery of the marina. Now this was ordinary Tuna Melt. It's fresh Albacore on sourdough, a "taste sensation" although a hearty rye might be better. When I was there one year ago at dinner time, I could not get a seat. This time was around 2 pm, plenty of seats.

We were pleasantly surprised at how filling the portions were at a reasonable price. Their piccata sand dabs was some of the best fish I've had anywhere - and I say that as someone who grew up by the beach! I recommend the ceviche too. Very refreshing, and again, more than enough for 2 people to share.
I stopped here for a beer around noon. Got a quick seat at the bar. Ordered a calamari. The service was excellent. Had there Ketch Kolch. Very smooth light beer. Was served my food in a timely manner. The calamari was a mix of the legs and rings. Very nice and crispy with a lemon aoli on the side. I'm definitely gonna come back for the full dining experience.
The actual restaurant in on the second floor, it took us a couple of minutes to figure that out.
The food was awesome. We had the cauliflower, brussels sprouts and flat bread as appetizers. The flat bread was my least favorite of the three.
For our entrees we had the blackened mahi-mahi mahi, the spiced chicken sandwich, the ahi tuna and the salmon salad. All had great flavor and we enjoyed each of them. Definitely recommend the m and the mahi mahi and the chicken sandwich.
Atmosphere is casual, great views since it is ocean front and their prices are very reasonable. Great for a casual dinner overseeing the sunset. Make sure you have a reservation.
The vibes were calm, most of the food was delicious, and service was great! I ordered the sesame crusted tuna, which looked beautiful. Unfortunately, it was disappointing in the taste department as the flavors did not quite balance each other (in my opinion). I will still return and try a different dish - definitely just ordered wrong for myself.
We were exploring the area and my wife has a gluten allergy, we found this place from the Find Me Gluten Free App and man it was good. There were some good options for GF as well as non-GF. We sat outside right next to the marina. It was a great evening to enjoy it as well! They even had good kid friendly options!
Located right off of the marina! Service is prompt and friendly. The food tasted fresh (I had the Sesame Crusted Ahi), I especially really liked the Ketch Kamakura Lager.

Nov. 2023, This was our second time to Ketch Grill and Taps. (the last review will be below this current one) The ambience is great if you sit outside in the back. We had a great view of the marina at night. My last ratings for food was a 5 and service was a 4 and atmosphere 5. This time food again was a 5, service was a 3, and again atmosphere 5. We started our dinner with the LOBSTER & SHRIMP COCKTAIL (appetizer) it was cold so for me it was good. I like mine cooked so no hard feelings. My wife had the SESAME CRUSTED BIGEYE TUNA (1st time) she really enjoyed it. Kinda like a steak. I had the 10 OZ. DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER with onion rings and sweet potato fries. (yes, you have to pay for all the individual foods) I had my fair share of burgers and let me tell you this chef that night outdid him/her self. Best burger I ever had. It wasn't over cooked or dry. It was hot till the end! (Recommend both of these plates) I know they have a couple of locations but this one has always been good to us. I would recommend Ketch. (I hope it lets me put the other pictures up.) Enjoy!

Came from out of town and stopped in at Ketch Grill & Taps. The food was fantastic from the chowder bowls my wife and daughter had to the pretzels. Best fish and chips I ever had. Wife enjoyed her New York Steak. Our server Alex was the best, very polite and friendly. Would recommend! If this review helps put a 👍🏼
First visit. Very nice upscale restaurant. Right on the waters of the San Diego harbor. Our server, Joey, was on the ball. Very attentive and helpful. We had a great light lunch. The Shrimp and Lobster claws were to die for. Highly recommend a stop here.
