Visited on a sunny Sunday for lunch/brunch. The food was excellent. Our server was great and very knowledgeable about gluten allergies (which I have). She steered me away from a gluten item which I was so grateful for. Love the atmosphere outside on the patio.
Went for lunch on the 4th of July after wandering the beach for a few hours. Food was great as was our service . Our server answered multiple menu questions and was very attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back.
I was craving a burger and this place did not disappoint!
Their happy hour sliders (happy hour until 6pm) are really delicious and a good way to try a couple of the burger options at a smaller size. Lamb, beef and chicken were great!
My boyfriend enjoyed his IPA, served in an ice cold glass!
And the half baked cookie dessert - YUM!!
The staff were really friendly too!
I’ll be back!
I can only imagine the atmosphere on a busy night. The gentleman behind the bar was great and I sat at the end of the restaurant. Food was outstanding the dips made the pretzel, the Philly Cheese Steak was full of flavor. Just wished someone asked if I needed a refill on my Pepsi no Coke which was a bummer. Overall the food and atmosphere is top notch.
This is an old favorite! This place is great; they serve, delicious, comfort food in a cozy atmosphere near the beach! There’s have food and drink specials most nights so you can’t go wrong. On this occasion we went on Thursday around 6 PM and there was no line. It just happened to be Stein night so we were able to get $8 steins of beer with our meal. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and it was delicious.
Tasty food! Chicken wings and burger were scrumptious. Nice decor and casual vibes. A lot of more interesting items on menu too I’d like to try in future. Overall nice experience and food was a lot better than typical beer burger spot.
Don’t know where to start. Drinks are first class. The Rum drink is best ever enjoyed. Food is over the top. Fried chicken dinner is a must. Pretzel is as good as the Hofbrau House in Munich. Big as a steering wheel too! Spaghetti squash was amazing.
I tried the Wagyu smash burger, and it was hands down one of the best in San Diego. The fries were also really tasty, and the wasabi mayo sauce was simply incredible. We also gave their wings a shot, and they were a pleasant surprise. If you’re looking for a drink, don’t miss out on their Jell-O shots – they’re worth a try.
We walk by this place all the time in OB as it's just down the street from the pier. We ordered it to go, not knowing we had it before from Queenstown and Bare Back Grill. That's okay though because the food is delicious. We ordered the meat pie with fries and the swordfish sandwich. Oh buttery meat pies :-). It's a tad bit pricey, but the entrees aren't commonly found and the quality is on point. Definitely recommend!
There's only street parking and we were able find a spot immediately. The place has inside and outside dining so we decided to sit outside on a beautiful day. Our server was nice and recommended food items from the menu. Our food was delicious and the service was great! Thank you
It's hard to explain, but when I walked into this place I felt like I was at home. The atmosphere was impeccable! And the Bad Bunny mescal drink was beyond my expectations, I did not know carrot juice cinnamon and mezcal would go so well together! Something about the atmosphere here is just incredibly comforting, it's unlike other bars that I've been to to get a drink. I will definitely be coming back with my friends. Locals and visitors alike I would highly recommend to come to this place. There's a very humble soothing Aura to everything that's going on in there. ❤️❤️❤️
The burgers here are great but they are definitely pretty pricey. So far, I’ve tried the Lambalicious, the Kiwilango, and the Maui Waui. The Maui has been my favorite of the three since it has a great combination of flavors going on and the pineapple was sweet and refreshing. The Kiwilango is probably the next in line because it has excellent flavor and the tortilla chips were a fun addition. The Lambalicious was also very good, but a bit underwhelming as far as toppings go.
What really sets these burgers apart for me is the tomato chutney and garlic aioli, but more so the chutney. It’s tangy and so flavorful, and it pairs well whatever else is going on on the burger.
The burgers are served with a small side of chips and a couple of pickle slices.
The drink menu is good. They have a few beers you don’t see in most places.
