Updating my review from 3 years ago. Not sure if management and staff has changed but it certainly seems like it. I've been here 3 times here in the last 7 months to see if anything has changed and it definitely has. The staff is really nice, courteous, and the service is great. Food has also been on point and hot and fresh. Not cold and gross like before. So so much better than 3 years ago. Have to give credit where it's due and be fair. Really happy this location has stepped up its game.

Food here is honestly disgusting. Burgers are bland and have no flavor. Everything is super salty and the lady that makes the burgers doesn't wear gloves. I've been here twice so far and so far no gloves in sight.
Staff here is a hit or miss. Sometimes the cashiers are friendly and other times not so much. There is however a young Asian cashier that is just the sweetest. So the star is for her. I however will not be back.
Carl's Jr in Mira Mesa has a very fast drive through service. My order was correct and affordable. The staff are friendly and courteous every time I have been there.
Restaurant is clean, service is quick
The food is good, but sometimes there isn't a quick response through the drive thru, not sure if the equipment needs to b calibrated or changed
When Google Maps asked me "how was Carl's Jr I laughed... because, I thought it was just known, Carl's Jr is a 5. Every time. I don't know when I've had Carl's Jr ans it wasn't a 5 star. True story, I was in Phnom Penh Cambodia when they opened their only Carl's Jr. I ate half the store that day, and then it closed during the pandemic. Go figure.
ANYWAY, This particular Carl's Jr is a drive through only for me. My wife and I have probably driven through here at least 100 times, and I'm probably being conservative. I've never had a problem here, and I know my order and spit them out fast. The drive through person here has never (that I can remember) messed up an order, or even misunderstood me.
The food is Carl's Jr. If you don't like Carl's, don't come here. If you like Carl's, don't ask. It's 100% Carl's Jr. So for me that's 5 stars.

I like it here, food is made to order so its always nice and fresh and warm.
We went in we ordered our food.Then we ate our yummy food, listened to good music and left.
The food is prepared quickly, and tastes fresh , and the cashier is very friendly.
A double western bacon cheeseburger combo will do it every time. Although expensive as a combo, at least I can count on it filling me and my son up every time. Another successful father and son outing.
