I’ll be back. That’s a good thing. Awesome sandwiches. 1 thing they could do. If 2 people eat together under same order. Could bring both sandwiches out at same time. Not one then the other.

Been a while since I have been to Firehouse. My Cajun Chicken sandwich was great, and refreshingly spicy. So frequently disappointed in restaurants that offer “spicy” which is disappointed. Not here. Love that fact they they truly give back to First Responders and document their contributions.
The Firehouse Subs staff, especially the night crew on Wednesday, the 11th, 2023, deserves commendation. Their professionalism, hardworking attitude, and welcoming personalities made my visit truly enjoyable. The dedication of the night crew was evident, and their warm hospitality added a special touch to the dining experience. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional service!
Store is super clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. Sandwiches are delicious-will definitely be back!
Hispanic man with the tattoos was just about the nicest guy I’ve met in SA, food and customer service was phenomenal. Keep up the good work.
Good - Firehouse “Hero” Sub. From the bread to the meat and lettuce. It tastes delicious and fresh. Last time I ordered something else and wasn’t impressed but I’ll definitely be back for one of these.
Bad - the app is a little wonky, no big deal.
Ugly - how empty the place was at 5 pm. This food is too good to have so little business.
It's been a few years since I frequented a Firehouse Sub shop and the first time in Texas. It was just as good as I remember, good service and delicious subs!
The staff was friendly and the food was good. I got a modified Turkey Bacon Ranch. It was interesting to see contactiless drink dispensing and had to try it out!

First time and I must say Great sandwiches. Impressed with the amount of meat each sandwich had. Definitely returning in the future.
