We had our daughter’s birthday party (yesterday) on Sensory Sunday and it was the absolute best experience we could’ve asked for. The environment was perfect! Elias, Michelle, Victoria and all of the staff at Chuck E. Cheese made it a birthday to remember.
If you have a child with special needs, you have to check out their sensory Sunday’s. It’s the first Sunday of every month from 9-11. They open the doors early for guests who may not be able to come during during normal business hours because of loud noises, game or party sounds and too many people. They turn off most of the noises and lower the lights! It was so perfect and all of our party guests said it was one of the best and probably quietest party they had ever been to! They loved it as well!

Chuck cheese is a fun place for kids to play an have fun of all ages...great entertainment 4 even grandparents never to old to join ur children an have new memories..
Chuck E Cheese has stepped up their game since I was a kid. Great games and pizza. I'm glad they offer an unlimited game playing card for the kids instead of playing each game. The small ones have no idea how to play some of the game(neither do I!) It's a waste of money and tokens to pat for individual games. Being the family. Safe for parents to sit down and run around.
This is a fun place to come and enjoy some time with family, spend your kid's birthday on the weekend's. Great games and good food. And always has been a safe place to bring your children.
Gabby was fantastic! We went to celebrate our daughters 3rd Birthday & walked in with a sign reserved with our daughters name with balloons. We were able to get there 30 mins earlier to set up. Gabby went over our party package & gave us great suggestions and it was a smooth stress free party!! The manager did a great job ensuring the party was a success. I will definitely have my daughters party here again. A nice touch was Gabby labeled all the cups with everyone’s name & passed out pizza & cake. I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m so happy we chose Chuck E, Cheese. I didn’t have to lift a finger! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Kids, had great time, Wating for Chuck the mouse... no problem on the video games etc unfortunately no all the machines are working, were not too bad. However the bad part is when you have to wait and wait and wait to be help in the front register or at the moment to exchange the prizes... and the hostess actitud are not nice at all.
It's Chuck E. Cheese. Had a great time with my 3 little ones. Service was good, food was great, and establishment was well kept. All the games work and never had an issue. Definitely will recommend to others. Went on Sunday and was super busy but everything still went smooth.
My granddaughter loves coming, and my older kids enjoy watching her have so much fun. The pizza is better than before and the staff are very friendly.
Have gone to this location for over 20 years started with Daughter who is a adult now my son who is now old enough to go also.
Great Place for Kids Excellent Staff. Pizzas well cooks are great the recipes from head quarters tastes good to kids only lol . Churros ,ice cream, birthday cake, y cotton candy are fun for kids tastes great. Lots of drink choices even beer now if your a drinker (I’m not so can’t rate that). Wings are great salads too. All locations are excellent in this city . Great prizes y summer programs got Gold Pass y downloaded app was a fun summer. Great for Birthday Parties can also come order just a cake to huge party your choice. Never met a bad manager they actually care about the kids. Chuckie mascot comes out for the kids . Good prices can do By minutes which expires in one day or by credit which is still on card doesn’t expire. Build tickets up on your cards get good prizes. Has a Electronic Chuckie robot .
My family and I hadn’t been there in many years, we were pleasantly surprised by how awesome it was. The safety in place was great and put my mind at ease. The Bandera location was clean. Food wasn’t too great but let’s be real, we were there for the games anyway.
It was my toddlers first time here on June 30 and she enjoyed herself! Food was served quickly. What was really impressive was the service. The gentleman who took our order went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during our exit. My daughter was super excited to open up her lollipop that she had bought with her tickets. During my struggle to open the tightly packaged lollipop it flew up in the air and to the ground. She was devastated and started having a meltdown. As I tried to calm her down, the gentleman who took our order came rushing with a new lollipop for her. It was a great way to end her first Chuck E. Cheese visit! He didn’t have to do it but he went out of his way to help put a smile on her face! Customer service like this is not common nowadays! Thank you sir!
All Chuck E Cheese's are not created equal. This one is very different from the ones in Austin. It seemed empty. My son had a great time. He was able to play all the toddler games.
