The food was excellent. Chicken soft shell tacos, rice, beans and lemonade .
They closed at 2pm, but we were not rushed. Very polite, good service.
I just love their Wednesday special, Calabasa con Puerco. The rest of the menu is also good. Great hole in the wall spot
I started eating at Cafe Rosa's#3 just after they opened. In all theses years I have never been disappointed in the presentation or flavor of their food. They have always treated me a gringo who loves Mexican & Mex-Tex food like their best coustmer. If feels good to go out to a nice restaurant with a nice business owner who's staff is fantastic.
The tortillas here are homemade and may be the best on the city. The country & egg tacos are THE BEST IN CITY. One of the best breakfast and much Mexican restaurants in the city.
Thursday Chicken Molé enchiladas special, I think is some of the best by far.
We ordered several lunch plates, and it was fabulous! Maria was great. The torta's were big and fresh. The fajitas were tasty. The price was right too.
Due to the pandemic, my wife and I were severely limited in dining out...especially good Tex-Mex cuisine. We went to Cafe Rosa #3 for lunch. I ordered the combination plate...rice, beans, two enchiladas, puffy taco, and iced tea. Tex-Mex food never tasted so good. Every bite had a party in my mouth. The worst meal we've ever had here was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I thank you. And two grateful stomachs.
We have been coming here for a few years and I have the pickiest kids ever but oh my do they love their Rosa's we drive all the way from the east side for outer breakfast food is always delicious best tortillas not to thick or to thin just right omg!! And their red salsa is to die for its hott!! JUST LIKE WE LIKE.. taste it if you dare is the best and the waitress are awesome services is always on point...very humble atmosphere and feels just like home when we walk in..

This is a neighborhood gem! If you haven't been, go now! The staff makes your experience very personable and the food is delicious! The tortillas are homemade which is a super plus because it's a Mexican restaurant so that should be a given. Our favorite taco is the papa and chorizo with bacon and cheese! Make sure you try the Huatemala hot sauce, ask for the red salsa.
