The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Food was pretty fresh but I wasn’t a huge fan of the pancakes. (We really wanted to try the Willy wonka pancakes.) Personally I like the flavoring of the pancakes cooked into the pancake not just spread on top. Not bad though. Everything was great! Would go back again.
We got to this IHOP after midnight, and it wasn't many ppl. We were seated right away. The host was also our waiter. She was nice, had a smile on her face, pleasant, and she was multi-tasking. It looked like she was training someone also. KUDOS TO YOU! The food was so delicious. Everything was cooked just right and looked even better. We ordered a little of everything, like our own buffet style. I wonder why the IHOPs in or near my city don't taste like this one. TOPS OFF TO THE COOK!!! If you're in SA, stop here for a quick bite.
We ate dinner here this afternoon as my daughter requested it. The pregnant waitress was the best! Super friendly and sweet!! The food was good too! Oh and definitely the sweet tea! Couldn't get enough! Great place!
As soon as we got seated and our waitress took over it was amazing! Amanda took care of us so well that I wish I could’ve tipped her more because she deserves it. The food was on point and she made sure we were fed well. Her goal she said was to “have us fed and satisfied before we left” and Y’all, SHE DID JUST THAT!!!!! Plates fresh and delicious (up selling like a pro). Drinks filled and she never missed a beat. I love you girl for giving us such great service from start to end! Thank you ☺️💜
The waitress was great and very welcoming with a great smile and made sure I didn't need anything throughout my meal. There was also a young black mail that cleaned up dishes and I witnessed something I hadn't seen in years. He saw that some customers left a phone or some device behind and instead of just putting it at the counter for them to come back for he went out of his to run outside and return it. Well done and these that honesty is rare! He deserves some kind of recognition for his service.
The food was cooked well except it took a very long time to get it out. My food came out barely room temperature while my mom's food we were told had to be remade. So I say eating my lukewarm but tasty food while my mom sat waiting for hers. Our server, Keyshon (sp?) was pretty busy but had a great attitude and we enjoyed his service (we realize it wasn't his fault the kitchen was having issues). He was very pleasant and patient with my elderly mom, which was very nice 🙂
I tried a breakfast combo with the strawberry cheesecake pancake tacos and was actually on the fence about them but they were really good!
Went in around lunch time to dine in. Waiter was great and atmosphere was good. The pancakes were really good. My kids enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries. I tried the strawberry hot chocolate and was honestly blown away by how good it was.
Great fun wonderful staff will be returning food was awesome 👌
Fm 78 Rittman/Foster rd Our waitress Amanda was awesome! She has taken care of us on more than one occasion. Ask for her when you go. She's fun, she smiles, laughs with you. She went above and beyond with a question we had on the menu in regards to crepes. It was the wording on the menu. In clarification, the menu called for only one, she brought us another one .. bonus. I got my fill of 🍫 pancakes, 😆 We only drink ☕️ when go to ihop. Something about FRESH brewed makes a huge difference in quality. Prices, like everywhere have gone up. Thank Amanda, we will be back!
This ihop is one of my favorites. Seems like they have been continuously improving their service, menu options, and food. Thank you to the entire team for a great dining experience.
