Delicious pastries, outstanding drinks, and an atmosphere that welcomes you and invites you to stay. The pastries are outstanding - I’ve come multiple times and they always taste fresh. Their Mexican hot chocolate is one of the best tasting drinks that has ever hit my lips. This place is worth coming from afar to experience. The staff is very friendly as well. I almost wish this Panadería was larger, but then again that would take away from the quaint bakery experience.

Super great service. Parking on Fredericksburg Road can be a little challenging, especially when you're coming out. There is parking in the back and side street, just FYI. Everything was fresh and delicious. One of my friends got a latte and said they really liked it. I had a Topo Chico, you can't find these everywhere, it was the perfect Afternoon Delight. As were the pastries. If you haven't had a guava cream cheese empanada, well then you haven't had one LOL, but you should. Pumpkin empanada and maranito for a classic. And you have to know that they serve kolaches because it's not written everywhere, but you need to ask. Have the jalapeno cheese kolache, don't eat this in your car because the flaky crust will get everywhere, and you don't want to leave any of that flaky crust behind. And it's not one of those little sausages this is a full size sausage buried in a Flacky ball of dough. One of my friends had the ham and cheese kolache, and they said it tasted just as good as it looked. Yum!. I think the young lady's name was Natascia, great customer service. Actually everyone who was working there was pleasant and courteous. Now I have to go back and try some of the other specialty flavors in the house.
(Update 10-08-2022 The concha and cinnamon roll are the best. I'm a huge fan of the Cereal Milk Latte with cold foam. Yum! They've added fun seasonal drinks and pastries!) This place is bakery meets coffee perfection. Really good espresso. Delicious pastries. I was excited about the mini concha and it was so good! The layout of this place, the displays, and the quality of product is all amazing. It feels top tier compared to the majority of coffee shops in SA. All the employees were easygoing and attentive. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there. The specialty lattes are unique and fun. I talked to a couple people who visit this coffee place often and you could tell they were in love with their drinks and sweets. What an amazing atmosphere to create such joy in not only their customers but their employees as well. I've never been this impressed with a coffee place.

Family business with caring and happy energetic people. If you're feeling down and need a smile this place is it. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio and I've never had this many unique choice flavors of coffee. And homemade with love and technique. They have amazing Art for sale that just feels good to look at. With colors pallets we do not see often up north in Ohio. But that's a Texas thing they just do things better. Fresher taste, More Artistic art, and Happier people.

I started coming to Panaderia Jimenez when I was in college a few years ago. I fell in love with them quickly as their bakery items are delicious and well priced! I also adore how clean the environment is. Everything is behind the counter and the staff will gather items for you upon requests, keeping the food germ free. I prefer this versus self serve bakeries. I drive in from Austin now to enjoy their pastries! Thank you Panaderia Jimenez for providing years of positive experiences!

I was having a rough morning, and found this gem while I was in the area and in a rush. They made my speciality coffee to perfection. I want to cry. The pastries are fantastic and they were so patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I RARELY leave reviews unless it’s a life changing experience. This bakery has a very special place in my tummy 🖤 don’t second guess it. Just stop by and try it for yourself.
Family owned Panaderia serving classic Mexican cookies and Asstd sweets. The Mexican-Choco Cafe was full of flavor. Guava, Pineapple empanada tasted good, not too sweet. Indoor/outdoor seating available. The inside is clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
