The young black lady at the front was very kind and had a great attitude!! she seems like a hard worker. Food was good but fries were only half full but otherwise a really good experience although the management seemed a little bit lazy
Food was accurate. Service was polite. Restroom was locked and a bit difficult to get someone to open it, but I get it. Don't run in, expecting to use the facilities.
I had a pleasant experience thanks to the lady and the gentleman who are managers there. Both were genuinely nice, kind and accommodating.
Place is a good McD's! Food is good, service is fast, even when they are super busy. We were there for the boat parade and the place was so swamped, but still had good quality food in very reasonable time. Impressed for McDonald's.

10am Sunday morning is a good time to visit. Upstairs sitting area was not accessible. Not a lot of sitting area when upstairs is closed. Grabbed a large coffee and it was hot and nice.
This location is downtown Riverwalk andvitvis run like a tight ship, 30 minutes to eat, no loitering, toilets just for customers, employees always busy mopping and sweeping. All is welcome here.
This is one of our favorite McDonald's. Perfect for a quick bite if you are roaming the downtown area.
I actually eat here a lot and it does have its slight problems with some of the customer base but beside them this place is fantastic I love the view of the second floor the wait is never to long for our food and anytime we stay and eat we have a good time the good is always top notch never feels like they lazily made any order I’ve ever had
Well run and clean for an unban McD's. Half of the second floor was even open and there was plenty of seating. The guy handing out the orders announced them loudly and checked for accuracy. Service was quick and the whole place was clean. This might be the nicest 'downtown' McD I have ever been to.
