A good mom-&-pop taqueria; clean, comfortable, very good service, reasonable prices, good food and good coffee. Everything you should expect for a traditional south Texas breakfast.
Hits the Spot. Excellent Mexican food in a Tex Mex World. I have gone there several times and have found the food to be wonderful. I particularly appreciate the proper use of spices in their meals. Great prices and attentive wait staff.
Decent chicken quesadilla and mini tacos. I made a Togo order and it turned out fine. From the rest of the reviews it seems like dining in might be a hit or miss. The takeout was fine but Ill re-review once I dine in. Prices are also very affordable here relative to other places.

If you're a taco lover like me and looking to try something different, I highly recommend this hidden gem in San Antonio. It's one of the few places in town where you can find an excellent higado encebollado (liver & onions) taco, and let me tell you, it's surprisingly delicious! Don't be put off by the idea of liver and onions in a taco until you've given it a chance - it's a unique flavor combination that works amazingly well, I ask for mine in a lightly fried handmade corn tortilla.
But that's not all this place has to offer. Another personal favorite of mine is their crispy tripa mini tacos. These little wonders are crunchy, flavorful, and they pack them generously. It's a must-try for any taco enthusiast.
The atmosphere is casual and cozy, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy some truly authentic tacos.
So, if you're in the mood for a taco adventure, head over to this place and give their higado encebollado a try. I promise you won't be disappointed! 🌮🤤

Price has gone up but that's every where. Great food, the staff is very friendly been coming here since it was Jalisco's. Guessing new owners but it's still the same great place. It's a very popular spot still. And how is continues..
I rated service for their drive thru. It takes for ever!!!! The breakfast taco menu on the other had is very good !! Tacos are loaded !

Awesome delicious food. Everything is always hot & fresh and mostly made to order. Their flour and corn tortillas are great. I get different things to try since they have plenty of options/choices.
Only negative thing is the drive through is not paved, so its bumpy. I really don’t mind food is delicious!
