So the evening had a bit of wait to be seated, and we had an inexperienced waitress. The waitress did try her best, and the food was great. I still had an enjoyable night
My meal was Chicken Marsala with Fettuccine and Pumpkin Cheesecake
Omg the chef was on fire all the food was hot fresh and delicious
Our waiter Kayden was amazing and friendly. .great food great time
I was at this location earlier this week. Service was fast and friendly. The food was cooked and served to greatness.
The one downside was that the table wasn't properly cleaned when we were seated. However, I had heard rumors of the restaurant training some new employees. While I can excuse the fact that the restaurant is training new hires, I encourage said hires to do their best at everything they do.
All in all, I enjoyed my time at this location, and will definitely visit again sometime in the future.

Israel is a great server!! Came in with a party of 14. They all had wonderful service and the food was so good.
It’s been a long time since I’ve dined here but the food is still awesome. Drinks a little pricey compared to other chains. Paulina the bartender was so bubbly and attentive. It was an enjoyable, quiet dinner.
I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciated the awesome service that Elijah provided. I've been to other Olive Garden, but the Brook City Base Olive Garden has been far more the best! Best food, best atmosphere, and especially our server, Elijah and Cynthia the hostess. Mr. Levon Juan (manager) came to check on my family and I, I am very happy that their are people who actually care.
The one time we absolutely loved about this location was the manager. One of our family members has a severe anaphylaxis reaction to shellfish, and the manager made it a point to come out and reassure that they will be taking the proper precautions and explained their process. We've NEVER had anyone do that and it was nice to see the concern and understanding.
On another note... we have always love this place, but lately, the food quality seems to have dropped at all locations, not just here in particular. We were disappointed with all the meat.
Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our meals were served to us very quickly and tasted delicious. I'm not sure why the portions at the Baton Rouge Olive Garden are less than HALF the size of this restaurant's. Makes me wonder. 🤔
My family and I were seated right away upon our arrival. The waitress we had was great! She was cheerful and friendly. We did not have to wait long for our food either. Everything came together for a great evening on a school night. 🌟
