Decided to try new breakfast crepe at this location and they sure know come through. I have gone to other IHOP locations in the Southside area and the food did not compare. At the other location some of the menu items were missing and the crepes were significantly smaller. This location is cleaner, less wait time on receiving food, improved staff appearance, and overall a better IHOP experience.
Food was great as always. We were not waited on for a while then waiter came took our order without quoting it down then forgot it. Didn't bring our drinks for a while and never apologized for all the waiting. Bad server

Been coming here for breakfast lately. The food is always good and tasty. The first 3 visits we had a great waiter/ waitress.. really loved and enjoyed their service. But this last unfortunately we didn't get the same service we been getting. The waiter just seemed like he didn't want to work.. just the way he talked seemed like he was either tired of being there or just idk. He didn't let the person I was with order a drink. I had asked for a sweet tea, and just ended up saying okay 2 sweet teas. Basically ordered for the other person's drink. When the food was brought, we asked for the syrup and other condiments and it just seemed to annoy him. He forgot the pepper and we asked for it again.. let just say he either forgot or just didn't want to bring it to us. So I ended up getting up and getting some. I had finished my sweet tea asked for another and he brings me two?? I don't know why.. overall we love the good and the service is almost always great but this day was just blahh.. oh and we waited like a extra 10 minutes by the exit waiting to pay...
Food was excellent! Even though they were short staffed and I witnessed them run out of change still the service was great. They hosted as a team. Didn’t get our servers name because he was super busy but he gets an A for effort.
Our waiter very friendly and very attentive. Definitely made a lasting impression good service despite the horrible management. What ever happened to him? Real perky had some sas to his walk
My server, Thomas, was excellent. His customer service was outstanding and made my visit very pleasant. He kept my tea glass full. I would recommend Thomas to all customers.
Even though it was busy, we received our food within a reasonable time. Our server Danny was very courteous & kind! The food is always 👌😋 The restaurant & bathroom are always clean. It's a good place!
I’ve come to this location a few times and usually get the chicken fajita omelette. It’s been good each time and the service I have received each time was great as well. I have heard some complaints about the service depending on the waitress/waiter but I’ve never experienced anything like that. Overall good food but slightly overpriced to some other places that serve similar food.
Food was fast and cooked fresh, service was great and my waitress was friendly and came around frequently to check if I needed anything.....
Food taste was good. But food was on the cool side. Looks was great.
