I love this place. I tell everybody about it whenever I get the chance. It's great. The food is amazing. The drinks are delicious (and uses quality ingredients). The desserts are superb. The best part of this place is owner Christy herself. She's a delight. She is fun and easy to talk to. She is clearly passionate about what she is doing. I always warn people to be prepared to order food. Always. Every time I've been there, she'll be baking something, and immediately after it's pulled out of the oven, she offers me a sample. How can you not order one at that point? I'm never disappointed. One of the absolute best places I've found in San Antonio.
Ventured over to Copalli the other day for the first time and loved it! I'm very picky about coffee shops and this is one of the coolest I've ever been to. Christy (owner) couldn't have been nicer and she makes the atmosphere incredibly relaxing. She also bakes all of her own stuff so naturally it smells amazing. There's a cool little patio outside and just FYI, try her cake pops — you won't be disappointed!

The coffee is brewed to perfection, the food is always fresh and the cakes are baked right there (ooh you are in for a special treat if they pull a cake right out of the oven while you are there).
The decor is that cozy coffee shop that you have been missing since big chains took over, and the interior is nice and clean.
The staff... Ooh I love these three. This is a definite family business, no corporate chilliness here. That song from cheers, sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name? Well introduce yourself to the staff and you will become part of the family there.
What are you waiting for? Just go already.
I am so sick of Starbucks... so when I found this little jewel, I rejoiced. A small mom-and-pop style coffee shop for San Antonio. Excellent coffee and pastries. Really worth a visit, plus you won't be supporting some evil national chain!

First time here. I love the small comfort of being at home. I had their carrort cake and coffee. It was good. The environment is nice and peaceful. The 2 ladies working were really nice.
I had the Caprese sandwich. Not bad. I wish the pesto flavor was a bit stronger. The iced mocha was delish. If you want it fast, order ahead.
Not only does it SMELL good, It tastes great! From soups to sandwiches to baked goodies - wow. Gotta try the French Onion soup. THE BEST!
The owner was very sweet and the ambient music and shop are relaxing. I liked the Pina colada smoothie!
This place is amazing!!!! The owner makes the most amazing food, baked goods, you name it. You walk in the door and you are family.
Mmmmm. Espresso and cinnamon cake I had were fantastic. Also nice/cool environment to get some work done.
