Excellent healthful food and superb cakes and cookies. Why go to Austin when we have this gem right here in town? Make a point to try it. My personal side favorite: the quinoa salad.
Driving around looking for a place to eat a cupcake with my nephew and we found this place. This is my new happy place
We used Scratch Kitchen to cater our wedding and it was AMAZING! Becky was awesome to work with, as she listened to all of my needs and was flexible to changes. The food was absolutely delicious, we wanted "brunch for dinner" and they delivered! I also think the value for the price is great, it included the whole meal, a dessert table, a beautiful cake, great service, plus extras! One thing that my husband and I loved is that they served us at our sweetheart table and came back a couple of times to check on us and see if needed anything- it's the little things like that! Our friends and family raved about how good the food was. Definitely recommend using Scratch kitchen to cater your wedding!
Nice quaint restaurant. They could use a fan for the people who choose to eat inside. Thought it kinda odd that they didn't have any ice. The food was good and fresh. My only other concern was not sure if there was any parking for the restaurant. All the parking stops seem to say they were for another place.
Love this house cafe. It’s old, but beautiful inside. Sandwiches and flourless chocolate cupcake were champ and delicious. The lady at the front and server were nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.
one word, three letters, YUM! I'm pretty sure there isn't a bad thing on the menu, but I would definitely recommend the almond flour cupcakes.
i loved the decor and the quaint, intimate setting. great for a lazy morning or meeting up with some friends.
Such a lovely place with incredible service!! The lunch sandwiches come with two sides and a mini dessert, and it was the perfect amount of food. The outdoor seating was perfect to sit, read, and enjoy. Definitely thankful to have stopped by!
Finally made it here. It's a quaint little place probably more tables outside than inside so good weather will always be a pleasant sit outside. And let me tell you it's in the name.... scratch. Everything we ate tasted like it was made from scratch. My friend had the breakfast sandwich with the egg over easy inside they said they loved it... it looked incredible and the bun it came in was really beautiful. I tried the SK bacon lettuce tomato. And yes I actually asked what the SK stood for duh, scratch kitchen. Perfect combination of bacon and avocado and I had it on the house Made bread, I think it was the multigrain. I love a toasted bread, there is nothing better than crunching into that sandwich. My particular meal also allowed for extra choices. I picked the fresh fruit which was incredibly fresh. And i picked a cup of tomatoe basil soup. Yum. I would have swirled butter or cream cheese in, but that's me...And it ALSO came with a dessert, so I had a half of the pecan bar. I'm so glad I only got half of the pecan bar LOL but believe me I wanted the other half. Young man at the counter was very pleasant explained a lot of things to us and was very patient. You know I love local... get out and try to support places like this. I'm coming back because I had plate envy and I want that breakfast sandwich LOL
What an incredible place, the vibe was so chill, the staff inviting and caring to make sure our breakfast was perfect. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, the bacon, egg and avocado 🥑 were absolutely perfect. Also had the jalapeño kolaches which were fresh and tasty. To top it all off I had healthy brownie that was absolutely moist and fresh. This place is truly a hidden gem. I’m coming back for a some morning coffee and the great vibes!
Cool little place breakfast was great Irish bread on point. It was a little breezy so was able to enjoy my breakfast outside.
Yeah, the Name says it all—homemade breakfast from scratch to include daily, fresh pastries (from healthy to naughty)! Good variety of plates that allow for substitutes (I loved the warm veggies but the Wife enjoyed the potatoes); Great Friendly Service (ask for Michael, he’ll take good care of you); and all in a quaint environment in a Beautiful Neighborhood Home)! Coffee ☕️ was fresh; bread pudding with a side of syrup was Awesome; and the eggs (regardless how you get them) were delicious made in a small little kitchen that feels like Casa! Stop by—you won’t regret it! 👍🏽
The ambience was so cozy and homey. The workers were super nice and helpful, and the food came out within a good amount of time. The food was also healthy, filling, and so delicious.
I'd love to go back sometime soon.
