I thought it was excellent brisket was so tender it just melted in my mouth. It was so good bought a pound of brisket and brought it back to setx with us.
Every time I go to this Bill Millers..Food is Hot & delicious.... I prefer this one after my YMCA visit...5 stars.
I’m big fan of Bill Millers. Food is always good with great prices. The sweet tea is a hit or miss someday. This visit the tea wasn’t sweet and the pulled pork sandwich I tried was missing the flavor. But I really like this location because they actually still have a salad bar to get your marinade onions, pickles, salsa, limes, and bread. The girl Taylor had great hospitality and the restaurant was clean. For some reason I couldn’t find the trash cans, as I prefer to clean up after myself, but was told to leave it on the table. I will be returning to this location.
I get fried chicken for dinner or lunch. I believe the chicken is cut in 8 pieces 2 legs. 2 thighs, 2 breast and wings. Due to this process, the prices are hefty servings. It’s also a great place to be alone, with a large party and with children.
Each year Bill Miller's caters our work Thanksgiving meal. The food is always hot and ready for pickup at the designated time. The staff is well organized and extremely helpful for any changes or last-minute modifications.
Absolutely love dining in this place. The interior is very western-y looking and make me feel like im in the wild west. The food is solid, the tea is the best I have ever tasted, quite unhealthy tho, obviously. Fries are top 5 imo and the sandwiches with that sauce they put in it is 10/10. It makes the sandwich taste 10x better. Definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.
I don't really care for the bar b que from Bill Millers as I've gotten older. But I still dig the 🐔 Chicken, it's good. Minus the biscuit...
So I got the chopped sandwich combo. Bread was cooked a little too much on one side. My Aunt got the poor boy combo. Fries were hot on both meals tea was excellent as always and she loved her sandwich.
Got a brisket taco, it was two small pieces of brisket in a flour tortilla. It was ok, I guess, not sure what I expected... maybe just a little more meat. The salsa and pico de Gallo are both pretty good.
They need to work on customer service they need to greet their customers when they come through the door because the customer was just spanning their waiting and waiting and nobody saying anything and they also need to learn what specials they have but some of the employees don't know they look dumbfounded when you ask them about it
Love this place .. been a loyal customer for years, among others .. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because their service was extremely slow, and I had ordered a small order .. There's no need to take 20 minutes on one taco and a drink .. no, just that, but I had to go and park to wait on my order .. while others with much bigger orders got their's 1st ..
Great service. Great food! Try their bbq before you go anywhere else!! Everything on the menu is delicious! And don't forget to get sweet tea and add ranch to your plate!!
They also have really good breakfast!!
