Jaden G was my server today and I wanted you to know how extraordinary this person is. He is the happiest, friendliest person I have ever met. He’s always smiling and so nice to everybody. Even when a product is out, he makes it seem ok, even you don’t feel like smiling about it and feeling that it’s OK that the product being out, it’s OK. His character that he has and his quality of Customer Service is outstanding. He needs to be recognized for the job he does. I heard on the side that he took two months off from working. I’m not sure why, I didn’t stay long enough to know, but I hope it is not something personal that almost cost him of losing his job. He said to his friend that he still came back. I’m glad he did because he’s truly a Positive face for panda express. I hope this goes far enough for Jaden G to be recognized for his quality and he’s outstanding character.
I made an online catering order for 18-22 people for a work event. It came with 3 trays of fried rice, selected one orange chicken tray, one spicy chicken and beef and broccoli. All of the sauces and utensils were included. It was actually ready one hour before it was needed. Great experience paying on line and all the food was fresh.
I went to get my order and got home and realized I was missing a plate . Partially my fault because I was on my phone when I picked up my order and not paying attention 😅 Jaden was super nice and friendly and sweet when I went back to get my missing plate . Sometimes places give you a hard time when you’re picking up missed items but it was such a pleasant encounter I wasn’t even upset I had to drive back . Give this man a raise ! Customer service was impeccable ☺️
Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had from Panda Express. The guys running the cafeteria counter are very friendly and have great customer service skills. The chef was on point today, the food was hot and flavorful. I am thoroughly impressed. I will return!

came to get dinner tonight and it was pretty packed inside. that didn’t stop madeline from being super fast, efficient; and just overall amazing! she was doing takeout, dine in, and online orders all by herself with a smile on her face!

On a very busy night , Madeline , the worker that served me shined in her ability to multitask . She was very nice and an unbelievably quick worker . It’s nice to see that type of work ethic.
JADEN is the best employee here. Always with a smile and always willing to help!! His customer service is what makes me come back!
Fresh food and no line! Awesome! The sweetfire chicken is amazing. Very polite staff and a clean environment.
Everything has gotten better with the remodel and air conditioning fixed, except for those customers who you can never please.
