Stopped in for a quick bite. Found some great locals to pass the time with…including “Marty the One Man Party”. Our waitress Alison was phenomenal. She was happy, positive, and you could tell she enjoyed her job!
Alison is super duper sweet. If the world had more women as sweet as her, the world would be a much better place. Her smile that could light up the darkest room, her attentiveness towards each of her customers, and her loving and caring nature are what make her a perfect model of customer service, of which all Hooter's waitresses should mirror in their own careers at all Hooter's restaurants.
So it's been 11 months since I reviewed this Hooters location. Then the service was bad but the food was good! This time around I have to admit that the service this time was excellent! Junne our server was friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere is always upbeat and lively. Yes this is the Hooters experience I have always enjoyed!!
The fried picks were outstanding!!!! Of courses the service was awesome and the price is what you would expect from a restaurant in downtown
Loved the food and service. The location was also a plus. Arrived with a party of 28 with no reservation and seated promptly. Enjoyed it all. Thanks to our waitress Nolana. Hope I spelled your name correctly. She handled everything like a pro.
It's always a fun place to go eat. I have been coming here so long that my kids ask to come here on there own now. Our waitress was great eventhough she was extremely busy. They only had two servers and the place was 70 percent full. They even got everyone together to do a birthday song for my kids. I will always continue to choose this as my favorite wing spot
Good customer service, although it takes long to prepare the food. They should add more dishes and lower there prices. The place and food are not worth the price.
Very disappointed order a salad with chicken . salad was like 90% white lettuce, tomato look old and cucumber look old too ,I paid $18. Plus tip.i wouldn't mind if it was good.
